I went to family court and my child support went up in payment while my ex husband filed as a single welfare daddy. EBT, low income housing, training TAFT program. And he had a two year engineering degree. But choose not to work get federal assistance. Him going in and out of jail which has nothing to go with me. I paid my child support payment with the shifty job I had and became homeless because I had no extra money for housing and food. I was a divorce mom, & I sacface my whole bi- weekly check. When income tax season comes around, I didn't get credit for child support payments for over 15 yrs.
