ଘୁଗୁନି ( Ghuguni Recipe - Odisha Style ) | Matar Curry | Matara Tarakari Recipe | Odia Authentic

Learn the Odia style Ghuguni recipe also known as Ghugni ( Matar Curry) in this video. Try and enjoy this delicious dish with Bara or Vada.
Ingredients:
1. Soaked yellow peas - 1 cup ( Soak the peas for over night or 5-6 hours)
2. Diced potato - 1 ( Small)
3 Diced tomato - 1 ( Big)
4. Onion , ginger and garlic paste - ( Onion - 1 , Ginger - 1 inch , Garlic - 5 cloves)
5.Green chili - 1
6. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
8. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
9. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
10. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
11. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
12. Salt to taste
13. Water - 1 glass or as required
14. Cooking oil ( 3 - 4 tbsp)
