CATFISH PREPARATION: Catfish kasi kuya gloco is a delicate fish, breading and shallow frying it is actually rly nice tapos if medyo near na sya maluto put butter on it and lemon you can also add dill it smells kinda citrus-y tapos yung breading use spiced flour(paprika,cayenne pepper, garlic powder) tapos dip it in the flour and then egg and flour again. Or you can just grill it whole just take the guts out and score the sides tapos u can just take the skin off when ur eating na. 😊😊😊
Try to cut the gills po kapag ibbleed out mo yung fish, best is to aim or to make a cut on both pair of gills. Best way po yun to keep most of the blood flushed out of the fish. 😊

It'll eventually die after about 10 to 15 minutes, it's best grilled or ginataan if you know it,and uh the head you don't have to remove it. Neither cut it's meat

You don't usually Fillet a catfish :D It was more good to remove the innards first then rub whatever you like then Grill it whole.
