This game has a huge scrub problem. Anything remotely useful in this game is blamed for being unfair and broken before people even begin to consider they might just be bad at the game. Do you use a good super like god fist or handy cannon? "0 skill, broken move." Do you press the circle button and *gasp* press L2 and a direction on your left analog stick, or, god forbid, hit somebody with the circle button action? "0 skill, ki stun scrub." Do you press triangle after you press square sometimes to recover from attacking while also being able to move around? "XY garbage, 0 skill." Can't even breathe wrong around XV2 players without being accused of playing the game unfairly and """"without skill"""" somehow.
That's actually made my day I don't use moves because just because there op... and never cared...il give everyone my trash powers they say... and I'd still make this exact video.
The general problem with all of the things you said, and the reason has to why people hate it are ,In my opinion, 2 things, 1 being the connection problems this games has and 2 spamming, because it's not rare to dodge or z vanish or even evasion skill out of ,Idk, a Super dash + Super God Fist or a grab and still getting vaccumed into a combo string that does a good amount of damage in little time with almost no way of dodging because bad connection and the opponent abusing this
I have issues with people doing those things, but only if it's all they're doing. If the literally will not act without ki stunning, or if they rely entirely on a low risk high reward move, I find it trash and scummy. But again, using it sparingly only when you actually need it, totally fair. But nobody uses it when they actually need it. Funny story a guy opened a battle with me with a ki cancel, which got reflected and stunned him, never seen a faster rage quit in my life.

No, I meant the blatant bias of saiyans having the most and the best transformations, and more consistent combos than friezas. And the male earthlings who have combos that are seemingly the most consistent in game overall. I've beaten plenty of both, but the game was not made with pvp balance in mind. That said I'm pretty sure those particular things are what the original poster meant as well.

I don't understans everything that's going on but I can back that Super Armor can be defeated with grabs. And is just as fair as any other limit burst.

Of my grabs, bc they're a slow option with little reach as opposed to super broly's, everytime i got a hit, it would be a false hit confirm or he would fall off the combo, and I had god fist on-- not even the meta skill could get me out of a cheesy situation with lag!!! As opposed to many other better fighting games I've played over the years, this game's very foundation breaks whenever it so pleases way more often. And on top of that, instead of asking Dimps to fix it, some people, like yourself, sir, endorse (even indirectly) the use and existence of said types of exploits and cheese, proceeding to blame the communuty who at least signals the issue by complaining abou it-- trying to make ANY noise to be heard, forever unheard by Dimps and whoever's at charge of this game. Call me salty, I call you salty as well. Let's be honest, both sides are fed up with this crappy game and it's discourse, and this is probably the last time I'll ever be involved in it, because whenever a game is not enjoyable to play in any of it's fronts, the game has failed at it's only, one and only premise: being entertaining. I used to play xenoverse since day 1 but stopped before beast gohan came out. I can say it's both sides being salty. You can post videos on how to defend against super god fist for example but that doesn't mean the move isn't cheese. It's like Yu-Gi-Oh: just because there's a deck that counters meta, doesn't stop the fact that meta is inherently broken. But at the same time, if people are STILL complaining about god fist in 2024 then it's nothing but a skill issue. Handy cannon is far more dangerous.
Im in the same boat. My ps4 broke a couple years back and it was kind of a blessing in disguse cause it forced me away from this game and it's toxic community. My biggest gripe was Hit being "No skill no effort" but after enough battles you either get good or stop playing and complaining cause the meta is never going to change. Just get worse

You will think that step + kick + super punch are disgusting, and super armor is equivalent to cheating , but have you ever thought about This is just that there are many moves that Super God Strike Fist can coordinate with. The only way to deal with Super Armor is grabbing. It does not mean that the person who uses it has "no skill". If you think so, have you ever thought about special beam cannon? It cannot be defended, and beast verison cannot even use z soul. Can you guarantee that you will not use kamehameha after knocking the enemy away? You can guarantee that you will not use“ lllll+r+break（this fast break can't use z vanish to avoid)” it when playing goku ?Why I think this is normal operation is because you can use teleportation or just a l+space even move to dodge the instant kamehameha ,just a super guard or some Anti-counterattack skills （rose goku black is a good sample） to defeat super amor，there are more ways to these beat "hard" and awful skills,bandai creats xv2 not like xv1,maybe this is a reason that xv3 is undeveloped.just have a fun
