The last tip to talk with your mother during ur depression time is sooo true. Here my mom is not that strict, she never restrict me on any thing , she is soo good BUT in our house the mother and daughter relationship was soo bad ki koi v use thik nhi kar sakta tha . We were having soo much arguments and usko mein start karti thi. But previous year i hit depression period, it was sooo bad . I was remaining silent all day long kisike sath baat nhi karne ka maan tha , koi friend, sister, cousin, father kisike sath v nhi . And that time mom ne entry li . I was not talking about my depression or anything related that, i was simply talking, eating with her , helping her, etcc and doing these small things with my mother, it healed me a lottttt. Now there is no arguments between us and i love my mum ❤️
