This was simply amazing. We were given project by university to implement this and you illustrated it perfectly. More power to you I guess by your accent that you belong to Africa. Lots of love for you brother from Pakistan. Kudos
Hello, great video and tutorial! I want to thank you for helping me with creating a network like this. I have a few recommendations for you to improve the quality of your videos even more. 1.) You should do something about the noise in your microphone as it is a bit annoying to focus on learning while that is constantly bugging in the background. 2.) You have quite a unique accent. Native African I believe. As I'm not familiar with your accent, sometimes it becomes quite hard to understand some words. So, using closed captions would really help to make your videos be even easier to understand. 3.) You should make a list of what the steps are in a serial order so its easier to pick up from anywhere in the middle of the video if someone is stuck somewhere or is confused because right now its a bit hard find specific steps if I want to go back to them. ALL that being said, you were a great help and I really love this channel. Thanks for creating such videos and keep creating more!!!
Amazing work you've done here , but most of the videos i've seen focus on 3 tier models where the router is the core switch . Can you make a video that encompasses having a core switch connected to a distribution switch which inturn connects to access switches . The core can be connected to a dhcp server . THis specific one has given me some headaches . Once again , thank you for the content
Can i ask a question? When you are configuring DHCP, why didn't you exclude the addresses you don't want DHCP to give? Otherwise, the DHCP service will give all the addresses, including the one you configured as the gateway. Also, i always configure printers with static addresses. It's a service shared by everyone in the department, so it shouldn't have a leased address. But that's just my opinion.

May I ask, why you use layer 3 switch in the distribution layer since you're not using the router's function inside the layer 3 switch. why layer 3 instead of layer 2 switch

How do you arrange the switches in a rack since the multilayer switch is only one for each campus
The arrangement will depend on where you want it to be, there is no problem where you place it as long as it's well connected
