If Harbor Freight keeps raising their prices, I will just switch back to shopping at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Although many tools from those stores are also made in China, Harbor Freight has less consistent quality control. I suspect the whole narrative around Icon tools being "better" than top-tier brands like Snap-On is just a way for Harbor Freight to justify price hikes.

If the price of an item decreases within 30 days of your purchase you can come back in and get a price adjustment with proof of purchase (receipt or phone number) so if you want to make sure you have an item that’s going on sale during the PLS you can get it now and get the price adjusted.
Just did it last weekend at a different location than the item was originally purchased. Great policy.

What about the Daytona 3 ton LOW PROFILE jack for $139? Is this a good price.
Yes, they're normally $189 if I recall. I have one and it works great, but I'm looking at buying a 4 ton model for my F250, bit more lifting capacity for that heavy truck...also need to get the bigger jack stands LOL. The 3 ton lifts the truck but its a bit of a struggle, so I think the 4 ton jack would be a good option for my needs, but that 3 ton model works extremely well for the price. My local Commercial Tire shop uses Daytona floor jacks.

What is ITC ?
Inside Track Club
Inside Track Club membership. Its great if you shop there often, otherwise it might not be worth it unless there's a big ticket item on sale that you want that is an ITC member only sale, then you'll really want that membership. Saved me a couple hundred dollars on my Multi-Process welder last year by having the membership, so it paid for itself with just one purchase.
As others have said, "Inside Track Club". I agree with @wildbill23c about the big-ticket items, BUT it can also EASILY pay for itself with a few small-to-moderate size purchases. I always say that I'll drop my ITC membership if I ever don't recoup my membership fee within the year, but it hasn't happened yet!
Note that the Pittsburgh Automotive tools only have a 90 day warranty.
Lifetime warranty
Pittsburg hand tools have a lifetime warranty. It breaks, you take it in, they give you a new one. If it is part of a kit, a socket for example, they open a kit, take out the socket that you need and give it to you. The rest of the kit goes on the open box shelf at a discount.
