This song has never left melon charts since its release. And also shortly after all members started military service Dec 13 this 6 year old song reached no.1 on US iTunes along with 83 other countries. Spring day is about missing someone and wanting to see them again, Spring Day is the perfect song to describe what we feel rn
Yes it currently holds the record for the longest charting song on melon charts at 357 weeks on the chart. Army was going thru it having the remaining 4 members leave for the military. But those guys plan ahead like crazy & have a ridiculous amount of content plus we will get Jin back in 6 months that's gonna be an interesting time lol cuz I kinda feel like with army Jin is that friend who get's you into some wild shenanigan's either that or he games with you 5 plus hrs straight lol. It's like if your babysitter is the same age as you & the main instigator lol.
As others have said, watch the explanations for Spring Day. The Italian ARMY put one together and it's excellent, but fair warning, it's tough to watch as there are actual videos of the families and the tragedy as it unfolded (not in an exploitive way). Heart breaking and it makes you angry. And as you thought, yes BTS did help the loved ones of the victims, as is typical of the amazing young men they are. So much symbolism in this video. Never get through it without tears.
But Rm said in interview that this song is about his feeling when he lose his friend bcause his friend passed away😢i didnt talk about the mv but the lyric that Rm write is about his friend that passed away...or in general meaning for general public not army who listen the song its feels like the song is about feeling losing someone because passed away...😢
I have not been able to watch this song without crying someone help me.I am so sad and furious about how this all happened I cannot stop crying 😭😭 May their souls rest in peace 🕊️
@@coffeevanilla2801 Whilst the lyrics are about loss of a friend and in this instance if I remember correctly, it was about a friend that Yoongi had lost , the MV was very much about the Sewol.. it was so controversial that it wouldn't have been possible for BTS to actually comment on the connection. With governments being involved and people being fired for mismanagement it was not a choice for the group to acknowledge the link publicly. That's my take on it anyhow...
Yes. BTS and BigHit Entertainment reached out to the families and offered financial help privately. I think a reporter interviewed one of the victim's family when Spring Day was released few years later and BTS' charity work was then brought up. Only then that the public knew about BTS sending help to the victims' families when the tragedy happen. You are right. Knowing them, we know they will help but they will not talk about it in public. :)
Yes. And so many artists were blacklisted, it was very risky for them esp as they were really still just starting out. They also secretly visited the families organisation. I also read that the sum that BTS/BH donated was one third of their income that year. Absolutely terrifying for them.
Yes, after some time the media revealed that BTS directly went to give condolences to the families of the victims and also made donations for them even though their careers could have been threatened at that time (because this had become a political issue) BTS was not even big at that time but I'm proud that they always voiced many things through their songs and actions
We don’t know much about the guys involvement because artists were being blacklisted for talking about what happened. The government was heavily criticized, the president suffered an impeachment, it was really messy and horrible. Over 300 people died and the majority were kids. The video by Italian Army explains with great details everything that happened during that time and it also explains how the video connects to the tragedy. It’s a tough watch, you’re gonna be sad, angry and frustrated but it’s important for you guys to understand everything
That pile of children's clothes gets me every-time; and the yellow ribbons on the roundabout, because they were banned by the government as they wanted the accident to be forgotten as fast as possible ... the song also touches on the complete obedience the young must have to the old, thats why the children died as they were told to stay in their cabins and all the while the captain and crew escaped ...
There are many excellent lines in the lyrics, but Suga’s angry/sad ones about “erasing” someone rather than blaming them/staying angry at them (or the world) for being gone resonate hard for me. I know that feeling and it’s one that you don’t often hear about in a song.
I don’t know if anyone has said this, but if I remember correctly, Jin’s portrayal in this video is of all the lives lost and stuck at the bottom of the ocean while the rest of the members going up the stairs, represent the survivors trying to continue with day-to-day life. While the survivors go on and try to heal, they can’t help but to remember all of those who didn’t get to make it and they have survivors guilt.
According to journalist Kim Kyung Wook, during his interview with the bereaved to commemorate the incident in April 2020, family members told him that BTS had visited them personally. This happened approximately 200 days after the sinking. They remember being kind, lighting incense, and leaving. The agency's CEO, Bang Si Hyuk, was also in attendance. The musical group also made a donation of 100 million won to the organization '4/16 Families of Sewol for It is an article that came out in 2020 and if the BTS boys went to visit the families while the event was still under investigation, it was never confirmed by BTS that this song was a reference to this event, but Jin did say in an interview that this song was the story of a tragic and sad event in the country
Please watch the Italian ARMY explanation on this MV as it’s more in depth and also more accurate since the creator flew to South Korea and gathered details from those affected, it’s very important to understand the message that it’s being portrayed! BTS themselves met the families of the victims of the Sewol Ferry and also donated 1/3 of their income for a whole year to an organization made by the families. They are well respected by Koreans for this reason and at some point, a bereaved parent even stated about what the boys did to the families because of how much backlash BTS was getting then from so many sources and they just couldn’t bare to see it, and wanted to show everyone just what kind of people BTS are. Spring Day never left the Korean charts, being the longest charting Korean song of all time! Recently, ARMY took Spring Day to 1# on iTunes as a way of thanking the boys before going to the military. 💜🎗️
Spring Day was written I believe by the rap line and they wrote it because primarily because they were missing people they hadn’t seen in a long time such as family, old friends, deceased family, broken friendships, etc. They were so busy working and a lot of their friendships went separate ways and as the saying goes, life goes on. When they made the mv most of us armies feel it is about the Sewol Ferry tragedy. BTS didn’t come out and say it was but the inference is there. This is because of the corruption of the government at that time. The president of South Korea was indirectly involved in this tragedy. She and her cohorts made decisions to not make any rescue attempts during the actual incident and the police and the coast guards prevented the locals from making any rescue attempts. The locals tried but they were stopped. The media was told to lie about the incident so in actual time they were reporting that everything was okay. You are right about the symbolisms in the video and without the explanation video it’s almost impossible to know what everything means. The video by an Italian army in my opinion is the best. After making the video she was invited to come to SK by the families of the victims for a conference and a memorial service. Many survivors, victims families and the general population who grieved were comforted by the song. I also believe that the video by the Italian army gave them a voice for their grief and suffering and the injustice of the social structure that existed.
President Park was already removed from office when this song came out. But at the time of the event two years earlier BTS did take many risks to support the families. They have another song about Sewol called “Am I Wrong” that was released shortly after the ferry sank. The song Spring Day was never confirmed to be about Sewol. But the director of the music video did say that he was intentionally making the video about the tragedy.
A lot of symbolism in this mv. You can watch Spring Day explained by Italian Army or Spring Day MV explanation. It will even hit you harder if you understand what they mean. BTS is more than understanding the translation to their songs but the metaphor behind their songs. They go really deep that’s why that’s how they connect to Army.
Thank for this reaction. :) As others have mentioned, Spring Day is the queen of BTS songs and has never been out of the Korean music chart for six years since its release. It's a song that means a lot to ARMY. Spring Day is a song about all kinds of loss like old friends, but the music video contains many metaphors of South Korea's Ferry Sewol tragedy. Here are the Spring Day explained videos. These will help you understand Spring Day. :) Spring Day MV Explained ua-cam.com/video/Tye1ONFeKis/v-deo.html [2021] What you STILL DON'T KNOW about BTS SPRING DAY MV ua-cam.com/video/FrT4a_Fw6pE/v-deo.html And I'd like to recommend these two live performance videos. :) 2017 MMA Spring Day ua-cam.com/video/fqTJxSn5lts/v-deo.html BTS special 2017 KBS song Festival Spring Day , Lost , Cypher 4 , DNA , Not Today ua-cam.com/video/cQp_C_Zrc3U/v-deo.html I think it's going to be copyrighted because it's a year-end music festival at a Korean broadcasting station, but I personally recommend it. After Spring Day, it leads to Lost, Cypher 4, DNA, and Not Today, and reporters interviewed that they were shocked to see all the members fall down in the waiting room after 20 minutes of live without a break. Let me add a little bit of an explanation of the political situation in Korea during the Ferry Sewol tragedy, the former president of South Korea, Park Geun Hye, was impeached in 2016. She drove the Ferry Sewol tragedy to political issues and mobilized the media and government organizations to cover up the cause of the tragedy. She and the media drove the bereaved families to people who were crazy about compensation. And they blacklisted and penalized artists who spoke about Ferry Sewol or criticized the government. (Bong Joon-ho, the director of the films Parasite and Snowpiercer, Song Kang-ho, the male lead actor of the films, and Hwang Dong-hyuk, the director of Squid Game, are representative people who were blacklisted and oppressed by the Park administration.) When the Ferry Sewol tragedy happened, MBC News in Korea did not talk about rescuing the victims or the government's fault, and talked about how much compensation the families would receive. The bereaved families only wanted to find out the cause of the accident and to clarify the reason why the government blocked the rescue of the victims. Nothing has been revealed about the Ferry Sewol tragedy even now because there are still many subordinates left during the Park administration. Especially the media, which used to be the puppet of the Park administration, is still alive. And they had attacked the next Korean government.(It was Moon Jae-In government, a government that respected BTS as artists, and also respected autonomy in the Korean culture and arts community.) A year and a half ago, there was a presidential election in Korea, after constant attacks, the media finally succeeded in rebuilding the government that was close to dictatorship they wanted. Therefore, Korea has become very confused again. According to an 2020 interview with a bereaved family of Ferry Sewol, BTS and their CEO, PD Bang, visited them about 200 days after the tragedy, and donated $100,000. BTS were also very young (most of the victims were the youngest member, Jungkook's age), and Big Hit didn't have much power and the financial situation wasn't good because it was before they gained popularity. Nevertheless, they did this at the risk of being blacklisted. At that time, because BTS released many songs criticizing Korean society(ex. Am I Wrong?, Silver Spoon, Dope, Spine Breaker, etc...), many ARMYs and even other fandoms were worried that they would be blacklisted. And... According to the family, one of the victims was ARMY. The families didn't know who the boys were at the time, but a few years later, when BTS became famous, the bereaved families said they realized that the boys were singers their child loved.
RM and Suga wrote the song about losing friendships but when it came to the MV, they made it as a tribute to those lost on the ferry. Please watch Italian army’s explication. There is a ton of symbolism from art works, movies, theatre and books that can only be understood by watching the explanation. 💜
Beautiful song. The parents of the students praised BTS for the song. It is one of their best songs. The pile of clothes represented the students clothes. 💜💜💜💜💜
If you can read BTS Esquire interview in 2020, Jin admits that the song is about a sad event after the interviewer talked about sewol ferry. That’s the closest they have ever come to admitting to this. But BTS donated and helped the families at the time of the sewol ferry tragedy
The first time I heard this song, I knew nothing about the SK ferry tragedy. So, I listened to it, the same way Namjoon wrote it, feeling the my emotions of missing loved ones in my life. Mostly, it was times when my husband was gone for months for work and I wasn't sure if he was safe or when he would be home. He wrote a song that speaks to my own life. That is the gift of music and song. For me, Spring Day, reminds me that I am not alone, even when I am lonely.
our chart queen 'spring day' did we miss bts? is it winter? has spring come? did one of the members release a new song? or are we bored? spring day returns to the charts no matter what
When I became ARMY, my aunt mentioned that “Spring Day” was her favorite song, so I looked up the video, no captions. Without knowing what it said, just listening to the song and the emotion with which it’s sang, it was too much. I was emotional almost from the start but when V sang “You know it all, you’re my best friend…” I broke. And sobbed for about half an hour nonstop. For about 3 months afterward, I couldn’t listen to it without crying; tears, choked up. Then I saw the video explaining every part of it regarding the accident, and I lost it again, this time with lots of anger, frustration, disappointment, and disbelief towards the people who could’ve helped and didn’t. It’s a beautiful sad song and it will continue to do well in the charts.💜🫰🏼
In terms of the Sewol Tragedy the MV is chalk full of symbolism. The sing itself is bittersweet but healing. When I’ve lost family in the last few years the song is both in to cry to but also feel deeply comforted by. It’s so important to Army we got it to #1 on iTunes (the first time this song has hit that) the day after they all entered the military as a way to say we will wait for them. Our Queen. Even knowing the tragedy it offers hope and comfort. 💜💜💜
In 2017 Bts and Bighit donated 100 million Korean won (approximately $85,000) to the Sewol Ferry Disaster 416 Family Council. At that year they were still like at the start of their rise, but theyve always made donations, volunteer, even visit early on, even if it wasnt so big. Armys just dont know about them til months or even years later, which is why Armys organize themselves for donations, charities, etc...and donate under Bts and Army, we are a collective, we connect no matter where we from, who we are individually, what language we speak, well Kpop in general, but Armys organization skills are top notch. Lmao, Evan are you psychic?
This was the first BTS music video released after i became a fan, and i still remember waking up to the UA-cam notification and watching the video before even getting out of bed. I went into it completely blind and didn't learn about the Sewol connection until much later, but I still ended up crying during that first watch. They made a powerful work of art that just gets more powerful the more you learn about it.
It's a must that you watch the explana5ion of the MV. I highly recommend you check the explanation of the MV by Bulletproof or Italian Army Channel. There are so many symbolisms and references on the MV. This song is the queen of all BTS songs. Its a beautiful tribute that can be passed on to generations after generations. This song never leave the Korean hit chart since it's released till this day and just recently it topped in the Billboard after all members enlisted in the military. RM never really mentioned that this song is about the tragedy but the MV is. And in one interview Jin mentioned that the song is about an event but did not specifically mentioned what event was that. The boys actually extended financial help in their own way to the families of the victims and survivors. So much love and respect to BTS talents and creativity. I salute them all. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
The day has finally come 😭😭 This song resonates so much with me and I’m sure for a lot of armys. Seeing this song live is a whole other experience as well, I def recommend watching a live performance of this! I’m so glad y’all enjoyed this chart topping song ❤️
This song is a MASTERPIECE and gives me goosebumps everytime. You have to watch the explanation too because it's so much deeper and will totally blow your mind and will leave you in tears
Hi guys, great reactions. For a deeper dive and to understand how BTS is often making powerful social and political statements through their music, please check out this explanation video. ua-cam.com/play/PLK3MxmSXbYUF9dH2wGp9HIqZrN-Xi82fF.html&si=-vd6TwCS_DN_70Ff There are a few songs where I believe the explanation vid should be mandatory, this one, Baepsae, Ddaeng and Uugh. DKDKTV has the best explanation videos for the last three which are rap line songs.
Some of my favorite songs of theirs are their social commentary songs like Baepsae, Am I Wrong, & Ugh. I'm surprised they were able to perform "Am I Wrong?" on television & got it past the censors especially with Suga's verses where he directly references a quote from a politician, it was insanely risky to openly criticize the Korean government especially at that time. It was able to fly under the radar thankfully but many artists were getting blacklisted or put on a government watch lists. Quite a few army were worried for them and it's why the guys had to be extremely careful how they went about things.
Just found this reaction and I'm a BTSARMY and I just want to say that BTS has a different ERA every comeback like this one this is the WINGS ERA the ERA where we ARMY start making theories of everything coz all of their mvs wr connected to eo. It has a storyline. It's like wr freaking FBI or CIA trying to figure out a freaking case. BTS is like a UNIVERSITY whenever they release something they make sure that you will study hard coz if you miss one thing u'll surely fail.
This song and Am I Wrong. Legendary for what it is and the timing the released and of course amazing song and performance. Pure era at the time juice and gets to be talked about again and again. And also 21st.
Spring day was the song that solidified my decision to be an ARMY. At that point, I was a fan of BTS in terms of the music and wonderful performances but Spring Day was that turning point when I decided that I would support BTS wholeheartedly. Like others, I urge you to check out the explanation video by Italian ARMY. Not only does that showcase the intention of the song and visuals better, it also gives you a better look at BTS as humans. Please also understand not only the political climate at that time but also BTS in their historical timeline. When this song was released BTS was still on their rise so doing a song like this at the time they did was very risky to their career considering the blacklisting that was being done at the time. Thanks for the reaction!
Great reaction guys! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Would definitely recommend you react to the Italian made explanation video. You will more than likely have to pause to read what is being said, as she it goes really fast. Just can't watch it with a dry eye, how senseless the deaths were.
I’m not sure who told y’all different but BTS did not write this song specifically because of the ferry tragedy. The S. Korean people just adopted this song on their own. It’s been in the top 200 ever since. It’s about suicide/death and the people that are always left behind to suffer. The story of Omelas is represented several times throughout. Y’all should read it or watch an explanation video like the one by XCeleste.
I LOVE SPRING DAY!! A VERY MEANINGFUL SONG. THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO GUYS. Sring day expalined below. I hope you can watch this guys. ua-cam.com/video/Tye1ONFeKis/v-deo.htmlsi=xKn37doTrQhz1uey
As some have commented to watch the Italian explanation video, but that is more about what she says is the reason for this song and what it represents. I, however, prefer the Bulletproof Vibes version as it delves more into the Easter eggs that were used in the making of the video. It lets you make your own decision on what the song represents based upon the many clues left. I felt the Italian version is telling us what to believe when this song wasn't exactly about the tragedy but about missing friends or loved ones. When they sing this song during Covid its not about the ferry tragedy but about missing friends and loved ones. On another note, watch the dance practice as well. I think its one of their best choreographed songs and something you cant see on MV. They do a live version of the dance at an award show, but it detracts from the total performance with so many camera angles you lose the group's relation to what others are doing also at the same time. Its similar to Black Swam in that it's like watching poetry in motion.
This song (as mentioned the the lyrics) also references the movie, ‘Snowpiercer’ directed by Bong Joon-ho & starring Chris Evans. Survivors of Earth’s 2nd ice age live out their days on a train that plows through snow & ice trying to find life outside the train. (Hence, the tree at the end of the music video). The train has different classes of people, the poorest living in the caboose. I viewed the film after watching this music video.
The dance practice also of this song is lit .hope u check on it too. Yes spring day is the queen song of bts no matter what. Suga once said that if anyone Doesnt like bts just make them listen to springday💜
The music video refers to The Sewol Ferry disaster that brought down a government. Its not just the corruption that allowed the ferry to be adapted unsafely to carry more cargo. Its the way the coast guard actively prevented the children on their school trip being rescued when the parents tired of the inactivity got private boats and divers to rescue the children from airlocks. There are cultural and literary references and symbols allowed BTS to bravely to reference the disgusting way those in power treated the students and their parents. You really need to watch Italian Armys explaination documentary. It is a thing in itself. And really shocking. There is no way your imagination could conjour up how really badly the government behaved. I saw one reactor comment that it was like there was someone or something on the ferry they wanted gone. BTS donated money to help the grieving families. They did not say it was for their legal bills and campaign to find the truth. They just said it was a personal donation to help the grieving families.
Hello there 👋🤗 I recommend you watch the explanation video and of course the live performance as well. Thank you so much for the appreciation of our boys.😍
I recommend reacting to the explanation video of SPRING DAY. It will make you realize why BTS made the video this way. It made the song more meaningful for me.
Excellent reaction guys. Check with Vivs because this really does warrant a reaction to an explanation video and I would recommend the Italian one. Vivs will know which one I'm talking about.
I love this song. However sometimes it is very hard for me to hear it at the sane time. Im sure everyone has already said watch explanation. You spoke about details. They are sooooo detailed. Thank you for reacting to BTS. 💜
I believe after Not Today MV the next is "Serendipity Comeback Trailer" which is a solo song by Jimin and it's a shortened or abridged version of the song, the actual song is over 4 mins long. Technically speaking the next MV would be "Comeback Home" But the song is a Remake of the 1995 song from Seo Taiji & Boys (they were asked by Seo Taiji to do the song which was released on his 25th Anniversary Album) and the MV doesn't feature the members at all and was released by a different label. Oh the song is fantastic don't get me wrong, it's very 90's and I think it's best to check out the original song first but it's something you don't have to react to now and can save for later imo. Also just excited for you to get to the Love Yourself album series, one of my fav albums is "Love Yourself: Tear" which is the second album in the series. Fake Love MV was the 2nd MV I'd seen of theirs after Mic Drop Remix and it made me an army.
What i heard was that the captain ordered the students to stay where they were and the captain abandoned ship with the crew and left all the kids. Please watch the explanation video 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Hi guys, I'm always watching your BTS reactions, and this song is so beautiful, in the intro I start to cry and it's inevitable, do you know why? I watched an explanation about the MV, it's not the Italian one that reports about the accident very sad in itself, but the other thing that is explained above the MV makes perfect sense and as Jacob said he was in South Korea at the time of the accident he can give his opinion on whether the MV makes sense or not with the explanation. RM said who made this song to comfort all the people who lost their loved ones and were missed, but also, there is criticism of the government embedded in the MV, this explanation was never confirmed by anyone in the company or the members, but it makes perfect sense.
Please watch the explanation video made by the Italian ARMY. It's so in-depth and has lots of actual footage of the ferry tragedy. It's also much more accurate than the other explanation video. A must watch.

Our queen✨️💜
Please check out the explanation behind the mv when you can.
Our queen spring Day 💜
Spring Day was written I believe by the rap line and they wrote it because primarily because they were missing people they hadn’t seen in a long time such as family, old friends, deceased family, broken friendships, etc.
As others have mentioned, Spring Day is the queen of BTS songs and has never been out of the Korean music chart for six years since its release. It's a song that means a lot to ARMY.
Spring Day is a song about all kinds of loss like old friends, but the music video contains many metaphors of South Korea's Ferry Sewol tragedy.
Here are the Spring Day explained videos. These will help you understand Spring Day. :)

I think it's going to be copyrighted because it's a year-end music festival at a Korean broadcasting station, but I personally recommend it.
(Bong Joon-ho, the director of the films Parasite and Snowpiercer, Song Kang-ho, the male lead actor of the films, and Hwang Dong-hyuk, the director of Squid Game, are representative people who were blacklisted and oppressed by the Park administration.)
When the Ferry Sewol tragedy happened, MBC News in Korea did not talk about rescuing the victims or the government's fault, and talked about how much compensation the families would receive.
And they had attacked the next Korean government.(It was Moon Jae-In government, a government that respected BTS as artists, and also respected autonomy in the Korean culture and arts community.)
A year and a half ago, there was a presidential election in Korea, after constant attacks, the media finally succeeded in rebuilding the government that was close to dictatorship they wanted.
Am crying 😭
BTS is gem. Those seven gems are so precious
Guys please watch the explanation to this its a very important song in korean history 🙏🏻, its considered a homage to Sewol ferry tragedy.
Esta canción alcanzó hace poco después de 6 años de ser lanzada #1 iTunes US, superando las canciones navideñas, realmente está es reina de BTS
The meaning behind the stairs scene is heartbreaking. I have a 19th old year boy and I feel this scene in a deep way.😢
If you can read BTS Esquire interview in 2020, Jin admits that the song is about a sad event after the interviewer talked about sewol ferry.
For me, Spring Day, reminds me that I am not alone, even when I am lonely.
our chart queen 'spring day' did we miss bts? is it winter? has spring come? did one of the members release a new song? or are we bored? spring day returns to the charts no matter what
Spring Day will always be the queen of our heart. This song hurt and heal us at the same time. 💜
It makes me teary eyed everytime i hear this song😢
This song is always gonna be iconic. It’s a special song 💜
Yes they did private donations!
Queen spring day😭💜
It's a must that you watch the explana5ion of the MV.
This is such a special song to Army and BTS. Thank you for loving it. 💜
This song brought me to my journey in the BTS world and made me become an ARMY. Every time I hear it, it hits hard💜

There are a few songs where I believe the explanation vid should be mandatory, this one, Baepsae, Ddaeng and Uugh.
This song is very special to us whenever I hear it I cry 😢❤❤
Thank you for appreciating this song 💜
nothing like spring day at 6am lmao 😭 didn’t even try to have a good day, jake knows
my no 1 song :)
Please watch the Spring Day explanation video for more information on the tragedy
Great reaction guys! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Would definitely recommend you react to the Italian made explanation video. You will more than likely have to pause to read what is being said, as she it goes really fast. Just can't watch it with a dry eye, how senseless the deaths were.
Jimin song Closer than This 🐥🫶💜 please 🥺
This one of akind the different BTS 's songs from another group...they are brave to speak about all stuff beside love
Can’t watch this video without crying. You feel so the pain. Gets me every single time.
Y’all should read it or watch an explanation video like the one by XCeleste.
you guys should watch the explanation video💜
Ahhhhhhhhhh This always makes me cry...because the deel meaning behind the song
I LOVE SPRING DAY!! A VERY MEANINGFUL SONG. THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO GUYS.
Sring day expalined below. I hope you can watch this guys.

La reina 🫂💜
omg jake, that’s an insane story. i’m prepared to cry now as im predicting you will. 😢
As some have commented to watch the Italian explanation video, but that is more about what she says is the reason for this song and what it represents.
I, however, prefer the Bulletproof Vibes version as it
delves more into the Easter eggs that were used in the making of the video.
Watch the explanation of the song to understand better everything
Thanks you guys 😊 Love song ❤
This song (as mentioned the the lyrics) also references the movie, ‘Snowpiercer’ directed by Bong Joon-ho & starring Chris Evans. Survivors of Earth’s 2nd ice age live out their days on a train that plows through snow & ice trying to find life outside the train. (Hence, the tree at the end of the music video). The train has different classes of people, the poorest living in the caboose.
I viewed the film after watching this music video.
I cry every time
I cannot listen to this song without dropping a tear or two. ..or few more depending on what i'm going through. Thanks for reacting to this song!
My favorite BTS songs 😢, You should definitely watch the explain video guys, there is a very sad story behind this song.
Jake was in South Korea when it happened
The music is very beautiful 💜
The pile of clothes always breaks me the hardest
Hello there 👋🤗 I recommend you watch the explanation video and of course the live performance as well. Thank you so much for the appreciation of our boys.😍
This is so beautiful and poignant, thanks guys 👏💜💟♾️💜✌️🇮🇪☃️🎅🎄
Great reaction 👏💜
There’s a full explanation video of spring day by “bulletproof vibes” on UA-cam. You guys should definitely watch it.
I recommend reacting to the explanation video of SPRING DAY. It will make you realize why BTS made the video this way. It made the song more meaningful for me.
Crazy form and bouncy by ateez
Please watch the whole music video explaination by Italianarmy. The symbolism in this video is actually INSANE.
Excellent reaction guys. Check with Vivs because this really does warrant a reaction to an explanation video and I would recommend the Italian one. Vivs will know which one I'm talking about.
Благодаря!!!
I love this song. However sometimes it is very hard for me to hear it at the sane time.
Im sure everyone has already said watch explanation. You spoke about details. They are sooooo detailed.
Thank you for reacting to BTS. 💜
Hope you guys watch the explanation video too.
And yes they donated to the families.
love me some brothers! glad to see an upload as usual during what i’m sure is a busy holiday season! ❤
You should react Spring Day the explanation...so you will understand what the song was all about
I believe after Not Today MV the next is "Serendipity Comeback Trailer" which is a solo song by Jimin and it's a shortened or abridged version of the song, the actual song is over 4 mins long.
Gwanchu is where Hobi is from!
please react to what you still don't know about bts spring day by Italian army
💜
🎗️💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🇦🇷 Argentina
What i heard was that the captain ordered the students to stay where they were and the captain abandoned ship with the crew and left all the kids. Please watch the explanation video 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
The explanation video by Italian army would be good for you guys to watch. And then give your own two cents on it all. 💜
This is a though one guys. There are videos explaining the MV and the tragedy.
Yes somthing hapen 😢😢

Two and A Half Brothers
React 'BTS Spring Day Explanation. 👈
🙏💜🥺
Please please do the explanation videos. It is amazing all the symbolism in the video itself.
Merry Christmas 💜💜
Please watch the explanation video made by the Italian ARMY. It's so in-depth and has lots of actual footage of the ferry tragedy. It's also much more accurate than the other explanation video. A must watch.
