Sorry if I'm too late or if you've learned it by now. Just in case though, [ ] means charge the input, so you'd hold down. Then move to up and press C/HP. Rock has a "break" mechanic from Garou MoTW where you can cancel a special move's recovery by pressing "AB", which is the same as rolling. If you don't cancel the Rising Tackle Rock finishes the rest of the move and flies into the air. If you do the "AB" break instead he just does the shoudler check and allows you to juggle the opponent.

@@Woody-ov5xu I'm glad you appreciate it. And I know what you're talking about with the K' whiff cr.A into the f.A/f.B juggles. It's realy hard and took me a long time to get it relailtively consistently. My piece of advice. It MIGHT help to input your cr.A/B for the whiff cancels as a df.A/B, that way you can just release d. Without accidentally doing a qcf. Instead. I use keyboard, so pressing and releasing each button is more straight forward than if I was on a stick IMO. Other than that it just comes down to lots of repitition. I find K' combos are very fun to do in training. Good luck!

adia3000 usually they arent very practical ^-^ and unfortunately this one in particular doesnt work after the bug fix patch OTL
There is a new patch 2.01, they nerfed the command throw so now it doesnt work when the opponent is in the air.
