I think Whip might be the most efficient fighter. With the quick roll out maneuver you demonstrated, it might be possible to connect all her three DMs into one long strung combo. The combo sequence following the initial startup would be her earring explosive DM, the Sonic Slaughter DM (with roll), and finally her Climax DM.
For idiots like me, you can HOLD f and rapidly press A, I wasn't aware and was quickly doing f.a > f.a > f.a > f.a > f.a lawl, for the hell of me I couldn't pull that off until I realized you just HOLD f
