Put a "Tyrite Sanctum" in this deck it really helps just 2 of them will do the trick. It enters untapped and both "Kroxa, Death's Hunger" and "Tergrid, God of Fright" benefit from it. I won couple of times just because of that "Indestructible Counter". (Just swap them with 2 other lands)

Nice. Tergrid was my first spent wildcards when she dropped and I have been unable to build a winning deck with her. This grixis list looks fun. I'll give it a try. Nice.
2:46 Tergrid is very vulnerable on it's own indeed. I tried playing the Lantern in decks because I love it as a wincon, but it just dies to Binding so often, it's not the greatest time ever.
That Winota big brain play!! :O I'd never think about reanimating Winota for my opponent so I can exile her forever. This is why CGB is loved; he's too good! And a "Nice!" for the Cool Kids. c:
Nice! I think when you get a cosmetic for somebody and it is a card in the deck, you could play all the games with that cosmetic, although this entails doing the shout-outs first again and if the cosmetic is available so maybe not practical but perhaps?
This deck seems like a lot of fun, but as already said, maybe putting in a Lesson Sideboard/Artifact Sideboard in the cases of Karn or Learn cards might be a nice addition. Also maybe having a Zagoth and a Ketria Triome to fetch up with a Sacrificed Binding of the Old Gods, could be a nice touch.
Nice… I also tried mono Black and Rakdos Tergrid, didn’t seem great. Glad to see a build that took her home! Excited to try it. Thanks man, keep up the great work! CKC
@@bluegum6438 yeah but they got to draw it fast lol and if you're playing tergrid you're playing disruption too so it's kinda who's got it first thing lol

After watching this, I have a feeling Tergrid will become more powerfull after rotation and think it might seen more play as new sets come out with cards to support it.
@@isaz2425 what interaction are you concerned about? The only instant interaction in standard for W that would change the outcome is light of hope to gain 4 life. I really enjoyed watching this video....I have been trying to play Tergrid all wrong and the decks never seem to work out. Guess Im gonna start working on something like this today since I already have 4 Tergrids and 4 Prismari to build around
Mostly rares you should already have and/or probably will use a lot anyway, though. And almost half of it in the mana base. If you can't craft the pathways yet, just switch them out for some dual land.
Have pretty much all of it except for the mana base and the Prismari commands. I'm definitely gonna craft those and maybe a lil of the mana base. Tergrid is bae and seeing her win means I gotta give it a shot. PS: I tend to win with mono black Tergrid so :P
Put it into Bo3, deck is gas. Especially in the control mirror you have so many answers, vs Ultimatum you don't instantly lose when they resolve it. Interesting take on Grixis because it uses a win-condition which does not rotate out (except Kroxa of course).
even though no one wants to say it, grixis in my experience as a standard player, is usually better as a midrangey deck rather than the traditional big and bulky control.
You are a brainiac when it comes to these control decks plus I love your confident trash talk lol you're like the Micheal Jordan of MTG. Ridiculous smart!!! Nice!!!
Wrong! Wromg, wrong, wrong! There is no lesson-sideboard. What if your opponent discards a learn-permanent? Which robber would be laughing then?
Wromg
You can still loot with learn cards

There’s a ton of opportunities for plays like that with lantern. Sac your own treacherous blessing, etc. fun card.
The effect says when a opponent sacs or discards so this wouldn’t work
