Been watching arm wrestling since 2015 and I been confused as to what is rising If it's keeping ur knuckle angle high like Devon says or if it's the strength that keeps ur arm angle tight when toprolling, cause I'm quite sure the latter of what i said is back pressure...
Rising is about being able to bend your fist up while posting. Cupping is bending your wrist in. Rising is bending the wrist up. But you also need your elbow flexion to be strong in order to have a powerful rise. First strong back, bicep and brachiallis, keep tight angle then bend your wrist up and you will be rising effectively.
im curious about riser exercises. Some people have the belt in between the knuckle like in this video, and some people do it right at their knuckle. Can someone elaborate why?
