Ive unlocked it but it won't show up in my garage pretty pissed

It shows up in the online garage but not the campaign garage for some reason

It should show up in both single player and multiplayer garages once you unlock it. Did for me anyway 🤔

Try restarting the game. iirc, it was the first car once I went into my owned cars. Worst case scenario, you’d have to buy it from the dealer… which defeats the purpose ofc 😩
