Hugh Grant popping up as the Prime Minister got one of the biggest laughs in the theatre. For many people, by this point, had seen him play all sorts of characters (mostly by being coupled with the writer/director, Richard Curtis) that at some point it was like, well what else is there left for him to play? Ah yes, of course, lol, the PM! I hope you try some of their previous couplings if you haven't already... Four Weddings And A Funeral (historically, highest grossing brit comedy, basically introduced Hugh to the world and put him on the map), Notting Hill, Bridget Jones's Diary. One other Richard Curtis flick worth a watch is About Time with Rachel McAdams
@chefskiss6179 Hi, I was also a little taken aback when I saw Hugh Grant as the PM. It was a pleasant surprise. I have watched Notting Hill and Bridget Jones’ Dairy and I loved Hugh Grant in these. I’ll watch Four Weddings and a Funeral & About time soon and I’ll also try Richard Curtis & Hugh Grant’s other movies. Thank you. 😊

This movie is SO sweet with so many quirky and lovable characters! I love it, it's a favorite of mine! I'm glad you enjoyed it too. Thank you, Tarunpreet, for sharing this one! The little girl was so proud to be a lobster at the Nativity play. 😊

Oopsie, LOL! 😄 So, Tarunpreet, if you're ever feeling like you need a break from the drama and the angst of some of these other movies, I have 3 sweet movies to suggest for you, if you haven't seen them yet. The Princess Bride (1987), Wall-E (2008), and Babe (1995). I think you will enjoy them, and they will do your heart good. Add them to your someday list. 🙂
