Lol I feel exactly the same "sanctuary" relief/excitement when I enter an Amex lounge. Yeah, some get a little more wear than others but it's still an incredibly elevated experience compared to whatever the hell is going on outside the lounge. 😂
That's a solid point! By the way--what did you like about the Sapphire Lounges? The AMEX Lounges are so heavily used that everything can begin to have that worn-in...worn-out look in a very short time. The Sapphire Lounges are the shiny, new kids in town. I'm excited to try them and review them too! I'm sure though in short order they too will be overcrowded and also have that worn-in/worn-out look. Hopefully, ALL of these lounges will realize they need to refresh much faster than they anticipated with all the use they receive. Thank you for commenting and safe travels!!
@@thewholetraveler it's more than just a matter of being worn in. the saphire lounges look very well designed. the chevron patterned wood floors. the warm blue tones. the warm lighting. it's a cohesive look. whereas the centurion lounges don't look designed. it has that shabby industrial floor tiling. cramped quarters. it looks like a cafeteria in a regional state school
love how you show exactly how to find the lounge & which cards have access. most videos don’t. good humour too
😄 Thank you!
Yes, good differentiation from other videos, clear instructions on how to find the lounge.

@@jsw207 soooo true
Also if you are a Priority Pass member you get access.
@@jsw207 Can't forget good ole Priority! Thank you 😊 🙏🏼
really surprised how dumpy the centurion lounges look. the saphire lounges are way better

@10010x0x0x01101XX0X1 Oh! I'll definitely have to check them out. Have you been to new one at LaGuardia?
