Hi Kelly! Great ideas! I love the budding branches. I like SEEING exactly how you did it even though I've heard you talk about them on your podcast, (I'm a visual gal ). The golden eggs are precious too. AND of course the glass cloche is fabulous! Please keep these videos coming....I LOVE to watch!!!! xo
I have been enjoying your videos since I found them a month ago. Since then I’ve also been thoroughly loving the podcast. I’ve been working my way through them as I go about doing my day. I hadn’t realized how much they’ve influenced me until I was checking out Goodwill today and ran across some great silver trays. I picked out the three heaviest with great patina to hold vignettes. What I don’t hear much about is bringing in influence of SW. we’re in Az and I have some wonderful Navajo pots and textiles that are made into pillows. Please talk about melding regional influence with good design. Thanks for providing great content.
Hi Joy ( is that your first name? ) Welcome to my channel & to the podcast! Good work at Good Will today!! Love your episode segment suggestion. We do talk in general term about curating a style & decor that makes sense with the location of your home, but diving deeper in is a great idea! Thanks so much!!
Thanks for the tip Paula. I have never been a glue gun girl, but would definitely work on the branches well. I use Eileen's craft glue usually. Thx for coming by & your great idea!
Hi Victoria - Thanks for coming by & for your question. The golden eggs are real blown out eggs. The place card eggs are simply eggs. You could boil them so people could even eat their own place card! You could also blow those out, just use a real light touch when writing on the name. Hope this helps clarify.
Now everything glass item you see will be a potential cloche in your mind's eye! Cloches are so expensive in the shops, so I love this easy DIY. Thanks for coming by!
I just love when you come out with a new video ! Such lovely and easy ideas you have given us. I love class Cloches ! Now I will be looking at Big glass vases with nice bottoms and pretty items to glue on them. How beautiful was the place setting and yes the gold egg was gorgeous with those plates! My father had the greenest thumb I have ever seen! I , unfortunately did not inherit that...... so real plants and I have an agreement.... use faux florals. But yours are beautiful. I have tried but to no avail... Thank you for the lovely ideas and so wonderful to have a new video to enjoy!
Hi Jayne! Hope you find a whole bunch of "cloches' ! Good luck hunting for glass containers! I bet you can do it with real plants, but faux are fine too. Did you listen to my podcast episode all about faux plants? It is chock full of great tips on find the best fauxs & using them well in your decor.
