The Talisman Knight is Unclear are Guardian Knights

It was revealed that the reason for there being more than twelve Guardian Knights is because they with help from Merlin used the Staff to make more Guardian Knights including the Talisman Knight so that when the mad goddess Quintessa came back, the Guardian Knights would have a small army to fend her off. And then the reason why Talisman Knight was not with the rest of the Guardian Knights is because his job was to choose one last Knight before the struggle to save the world would begin. But when Talisman Knight was shot down by the TRF, he was unable to complete his mission. But when Talisman Knight saw Cade Yeager’s compassion as a sign, he knew he was worthy of a Knight’s honor and so he presented the Knights of Iacon Talisman to Cade Yeager thereby making him the Last Knight.
