LOVE THAT!!! Blueberries are on sale in some areas of the United States currently so this is a great dessert to serve warm as the weather gets cooler!
You can use the same recipe with fresh peaches, plums and even apples!

Sounds delicious, but why would you take out the cinnamon which is so helpful to lowering blood sugar? All the rest of the recipe sounds wonderful and I think I'll try this (with the cinnamon intact 🙂
I wouldn't call this diabetic friendly with the use of cornstarch and carbalose. Almond flour would be a better choice.
