OG wine library (and daily grape!) viewer here. Love Gary and love bringing back the wine shows! But the camera work is tough to watch. Why so much zoom in, out and chop up?
"Rough show" but I think the masses will learn a lot from the questions that came from the room. I think the show nailed it in terms of demystifying wine and sharing knowledge. Tight nose, when to decant, high school beer rule, screw top doesnt = cheap... lot's of good takeaways. Keep up the curiosity!
BUTTER BANDIT lol just last week I generated a butter bandit on AI and emailed it to Brandon. Ask him to see it. I was watching a 2007 winelibrarytv vid where you requested that an artist create the butter bandit.
We so enjoyed episode 6 which featured Timorasso! Thank you for that. Also enjoyed this episode. Having just had Justin on an episode of our podcast, this was very interesting. We also just tried the Quilt for the first time about 6 weeks ago and gave it an 86. We would love it if you did an episode on "off the beaten path" Summer wines that include, Madeleine Angevine and Siegerrebe (since you love Kumamoto oysters, like we do!). If you're looking for an amazing pairing, these two wines, especially the Maddie, go fantastically with Kumamoto oysters off the grill dipped in a little lemon juice, butter and tobacco, in our opinion. Thanks, Gary!
Hey Gary 👋,great show from you and the WineText crew. I was wondering if you can do a Vivino ratings comparison, a lot of people including myself use the app to look up wine scores from the average person point of view. Was curious to see if the Vivino reviews are more accurate or less accurate than that of a critics score.
Sad commentary on what make a popular wine.Priorat for $25?! Where? Priorat would make a great episode. Here's a question: what makes a wine "over-oaked"?
I think you should change your background. Hurts my eyes and not sure where to focus at. It's like a billboard with ads. No hate, just my observation as a marketer

Plus it’s 2024, why aren’t you filming in 4k?!?!
Cameraman needs to take a lesson from some Motts videos...
Gary you’re a good teacher! I enjoy learning about wine from you
Great show Gary! Felt like a WLTV episode with similar wines of the day.

Awesome episode everyone! Solid questions/answers. 😀
Love it I didn't know I needed to watch this video about wine! Please no sugar added please grapes have enough sugar by themselves lol
