Here is useful info from the company: if using wires to connect lifepo4 cells together instead of busbars use 2/0 cable, pure copper, not CCA. I've heard 1/0 between lifepo4 cells works fine. busbars are ridgid, they have no give, use wires and protect your battery terminals from the hard hits especially from a moving vehicle. the bolts for raw cells from China are M6, which is 6 mm bodies and 8mm length. you can run out of length if installing 2 or more lugs to the batteries, buy m6 bolts but 10mm or 12mm lengths, use a cutoff wheel or angle grinder to reduce the length. use a caliper to measure how deep inside the battery terminal to the highest lug , that gives you your bolt length needed. for inverters 1500 or 2,000 watts continuous you are probably looking at 4/0 cable. they have 250 mcm cable, its larger than 4/0
