GTA Vice City But Tougher Part 2: Unlocking the second island gameplay

This is the part 2 gameplay of GTA Vice city but tougher than original. Other than external script mods (such as CLEO and asi plugins) the only modifications are hardened missions, polished vehicles and some modifications to PED.dat file (with some new)

I do not own any of these mods that are present in the game (except for the Main SCM file which I modified to make the missions tougher inspired by GTA Tightened Vice, the ped.dat file to make criminals a threat to innocent civilians, and a modified default ide to make almost all cars & bikes appear on street. Even Hotring and bloodring cars)

Note: plugins like turn indicators, SA vehicle camera and hung up the phone are taken from other GTA Vice City mods like Vice City Extended Features and Tighten Vice. Also the changes made to the vehicles are just me painting the vehicle body textures all white to make them shiny other than that some replacement vehicles like ZR-350, Faction and Bomber are from other mods like Vice City Extended Features. If you need the SCM file, then sure I can provide. Though still some changes might be needed to take place. :)
