GTA Vice City: Experimenting with Tommy Clones + Rainbowmizer Mod

This is Vice City with Rainbowmizer mod ON and along with Player Cloner CLEO mod which is pretty fun to use if you can use it well. For example you can trigger some unexpected bugs with it which can even crash your game if overused. Nothing else much to say here :)
