Bro maybe this looks better than definive edition but level of messhes used in definitive edition are incredible even small grasses react to movement. And also definitive edition is highly optimised you can run it on even low pcs but direct 3.0 will get you max to Max 40 fps even on rtx 3050ti like graphic cards

Developing a game and modding a game is different you idiot! It's like you building a house with costing thousands of dollar with good structure, liveable and someone bought it off.. recoloured it and neighbors saying 'whoever did the paint job is incredible then the person who actually build the House!
I recommend adding mods like Original peds vary (For HD and different peds) proper player retex (as it much better CJ model) skin tweaks or insanity characters ( HD main character) Rosa project evolved (it more much more completed and also include HD interior and cutscence props) and Next Gen Weapon Remaster (For HD weapons)
