The title is misleading, Mori didn’t cry, She bawled and so did all the dead beats watching. This was such an emotional end to P3R and I felt the same way and understood why you loved P3 so much after I beat it. Thanks for letting us experience this with you again. I hope to never hear that cover for a long long long time. I’m in for the long haul

The ending gets me every single time!!! As soon as the song starts playing and the credits roll, the tears start to flow. Persona 3 really is such an amazing game, that impacted me so much.
Going from the P3 begging stream, to this moment has been a hell of a ride. You've grown so much since then, hell I have too. Seeing your humble beginnings to the star you are now, even collabing with freakin Lotus Juice himself, it's been amazing! I'm proud of you Mori and I love ya. ❤ I'm so glad we got to experience this beautiful new version of such an amazing game together.
It's been a long journey, arguably four years or much longer, but wow is this what it's all about. There's nothing more endearing in a playthrough than genuine, raw emotional engagement and I'm not sure I've bore witness to a heartfelt connection nearly as deep as this finale.
I'm really happy this was able to work out in so many ways. Thanks for sharing your boundless joy for the game and being comfortable enough to openly share your vulnerability in how much you care for the characters.
There'll never be anything quite like this again, but man is my heart full from the experience.
What a journey this was. Not just this series, but going all the way back to the beginning with the begging stream. You convinced me, I totally get why you love this game so much. Had I just played it on my own I would have loved it, but getting to experience it with you and the dead beats made it so much more fun and so much more emotional. That ending is really something, it's sad, but at the same time it made me happy. Streams like this makes me glad that I became a dead beat. Thank you for letting yourself be vulnerable for moments like this one, your love for this game shines through, and made it all the better of an experience.

Your talk about the themes and lessons in this game, especially at the end, touched me in a way I wasn't expecting. Of course I knew the game was important to you and you've talked about how its impacted your life before, but I was caught off-guard by exactly how deeply ingrained some of this into you as a person. Forgive me for that. I've seen all types of people praise this game but in today's internet it seemed to always be behind some kind of irony-poisoned veil of memes or rankings that don't explain anything beyond a tierlist. Seeing how genuine you and this game are is invigorating to me. I'm sure the creators of this game would be overjoyed to know how much Persona 3 means to you and people like you
I am walking away from this playthrough with a renewed sense of how important it is to cherish those around me, and how you shouldn't ever hesitate to reach out to people you love whether its for support or trying to re-establish something you once had, or just to have fun. You never know when you won't be able to anymore. And I want to thank you for this playthrough - I havent been able to watch most of it live but the VODs have kept me hooked through all my long travel driving, my afterwork relaxation, and other weekend downtimes.

This is why I love JRPGs. They are definitely not good for streaming if you're counting numbers, but you can't really get the same emotions from other types of games. Persona 3 is so great and I get emotional every time I see any Persona game, but 3 in very particular. Watching someone who is very emotionally invested in it (and being admittedly emotionally invested in the person) is a whole new experience. Especially how Mori carries all of the themes of Persona 3 with her. Can't wait for another JRPG or whenever we get Persona 6 so we can experience something whole new with Mori

In the beginning I had only started playing Persona up at the third game, and I really enjoyed the series from there. I've started playing all of the other persona games, and eventually love all of them! Watching you play this new iteration of Persona 3 was quite the journey and hope that you will enjoy other games that come out as well as other Persona games as well!

I had to finish watching with the VOD, but man the ending was everything I hoped it would be. It almost feels like this series actually began when you started begging Atlus video game company for hours on that stream (which I watched live). In a sense this is the finale of a 4 year long saga, thank you Atlus video game company for allowing this to come to a beautiful conclusion.
As for that ED cover song, take as long as you need before releasing it, in fact I'd be fine if it takes more than 10 years
Vod watchers there was indeed a lot of crying for all parties involved. It was a great stream with a lot of funny and touching moments definitely a must watch for these moments alone.
Mori I want to thank you once again. I was always curious about Persona but that begging stream finally got me to give it a try and man have I been missing out. These 3 games have been an incredible journey, and it doesn't end here. The answer is soon and I might start trying out P3P afterwards.

Even after 17 years, this game continues to evoke tears. It stands as one of the greatest games I have ever experienced. My bond with this game is profound, akin to Calli's, and the release of The Answer/Episode Aigis on my birthday brings everything full circle. You've always talked about how important and formative this game has been for you, and after making it to the end, I feel happy that I've come to understand my one and only Kamioshi a little more. All the way until that Kimi no Kioku cover, I'll keep being here to cheer you on . I hope it's a long way away.
It's also pretty trippy watching this after ENReco has completely wrapped up, I felt so engrossed in Persona and all the emotional talk afterwards that I completely forgot this stream was a week in the past. Double emotional whammy in a single day.

I eventually fell asleep and couldn't finish the last hour but damn, I stayed up almost the whole stream, and it was totally worthy, 10/10 would rewatch Calli being Calli is a blessing to this world.

Holding this close to my heart. I can't imagine now a world without this unique experience of seeing the events of the game unfold together with Calli, who has always treasured this game, and I fully see why.
The friends that we got to meet, I've come to love and appreciate. Yukari, Junpei, Akihiko, Mitsuru, Fuuka, Shinji, Ken, Koromaru, and of course Aigis. They got close and it was so closely knit, you could really tell that had each other's backs. And they held onto their promise, for their future together, despite what was lost along the way.

This one game set off a pretty crazy domino effect for major events for you over the years and I think that makes it pretty special.

This was an incredible stream. It means the world to me to see Mori resonate with this game as much as I do. This will be corny as fuck, but I’m so glad I found this channel. This pink goober inspires me to be better than I was the day before. Her music has genuinely changed my life. And I’ll remember that until the day I die.
Something that I absolutely adore about the last few bits of this game is how they foreshadow and wordlessly tell you that the MC is going to and is dying.
One of the two biggest cases of this come in the final battle with Nyx. The attack used to seal Nyx costs whatever the MC's Max health is. Not 1 point short, not 999, it is the exact amount that matches their full health. Basically saying the coat of that attack is the MC's life.
The second case comes in the credits. As the MC is falling down and images of their friends slide into screen you'll notice that the MC is falling deeper and deeper into darkness. Until finally he is consumed in it. As if to say he is falling deeper and deeper into sleep until he can't hold on anymore and death finally takes him.
It's simply beautifully done. The whole damn game is, but that ending in particular is perfect.

While I can't imagine how you knew you'd cry at the end, Calli, it's still cool that you can. Because once I've experienced something once it's hard for me to get remotely emotional. There's been a couple games and an anime that really got to me. Like - 'wow, that was a great story.' They did a good job remaking this game though.
With a teaser from a certain franchise popped up recently a particular quote springs to mind.

I was not able to fully catch the finale, coincidently I was also watching a friend of mine finish P3R, but I am thankful for beeing able to se the final moments again, and seeing Mori finish not just a very precious game in her life, but a complete emotional experience with all the dead beats. It's been a long ride with P3R. While I couldn't catch all moments of all streams, I have been able to catch as much as possible. I've been happy to be able to catch the with the Nyx boss fight and the ending. No matter how much I see the ending, it hits hard. Thanks for all the Persona 3 streams Calli! It's been a Journey
The kind that makes a reaper and her skeletons laugh and cry, and something deeply personal that makes me want to leave a somewhat flowery message akin to how I connect to your music. Similar to how your music lets us glimpse into your world and true self, I felt like this was a really funny, heartfelt, and human microcosm of Mori Calliope. P3 also means a lot to me and I took away a lot of the same lessons from it when I played it when I was a lot younger, yet I also grow up and rediscover it, connecting to it in all new ways
all the rambling to say hey nice stream, love ya Mori, can't wait for the next
P3 may not be my favorite Persona game, but that final day is the absolute peak of the franchise and nothing before or after it has even come close to reaching how hard it hits.
