Yeah, I don't think you should stop doing this. It would, now, be an otherwise source of wasted oportunity (already there!), and regrets, just things nobody in their right mind would desire at the end of the day. Instead, we are left with pleasant memories and answers to questions we know we once had. Your creativity is constructive and generous. I like it.

I've always wondered if anyone knows where the chemical plant fire scene was shot, the junkyard, and where is the lake that Superman blew on to create the large chunk of ice that he used to put out the chemical plant fire.
