I love my washing laundry system bundle. I have 3 bottles in my home total, again in the same mindset to help keep a healthy sanitary aid in our home. Thank u for this video, lots of great information.
Thank you for the compliment! I want to get another bottle or two for the same reason. It’s great that it is just water that you spray. Especially when it comes to sanitizing kids toys!
WOW, I’m getting ready to order one and I sent the company an email asking about availability and right away the gentleman you mentioned got back with me, Scott👍🏾 that’s customer service right there👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks for creating the video. I agree about adding an appropriately angled fill-line to the bottle. The bottle charging light isn't an easy fix. The charger itself has a self-limiter built into it to stop the charging process when the bottle battery is fully charged. My practice has medical equipment with a similar charging system. To put a charging light on the bottle itself would likely require installing the limiter into the bottle head, which adds weight and bulk. It isn't a simple light diode. I think they'd have to sacrifice the limiter to do that which would diminish the battery's capacity for holding full charges over time. Thanks for unboxing the new laundry system unit, which helped me get a good sense of size to determine where to install it. (I've got the bottles and am purchasing the laundry system.) Your feedback about front loaders vs top loaders is very helpful. I have top loaders in the house and front loaders in my office and was debating buying a system for both. Going to hold off on the front loaders.
I did not know that about the self-limiter built into the charger. Very true that if they put it on top of the bottle it would make the weight be higher, which most likely would make it awkward to handle. Thank you for letting me know that is why they did it that way. Makes more sense now. I’m glad the top loader versus front loader information helped. I hope you enjoy your new system soon!
@@TheWholesomeHome It's just my best guess about why they have the charge indicator in the plug vs the bottle. I may be wrong. Since you are suggesting it to O3 Waterworks, they'll either have an explanation or may change it. As you point out, they are very responsive. The company has a long history of commercial grade ozonation systems, including both laundry and high capacity spray bottles. I'm sure their designers are always considering improvements and they appreciate your suggestions. 😉
@@jenniferwhite7134 I’m sure any suggestions they may take under consideration. I try to mention a flaw and have a solution too. Always working to make things better in my book!
Thank you for the in-depth video! I would love to get one. I just came across this product now and noticed it is no longer on amazon and sold out on their site. Curious if they will be coming back in stock or do you think they will be discontinued?
How does the laundry unit do on stains of various types? Are you having to use stain removers or have any types of loads that you still need to add a bit of detergent?
So I have the laundry system and spray bottle. I do not use any detergent and have a front load Samsung. I can smell the o3 when the washer is running but im still having issues getting stains out. I have even created a line out from the unit to do bucket fiils for soaking. Im trying to see who has used the system successfully without having to use detergent. @TheWholesomeHome
It is performing well! Still working much better. Plus we got a top loader unit now. I’ll make an updated video of the differences I see with side versus top loader.
Hi! Yes. I still use it to this day. No issues really, besides remembering to turn down the amount of ozone in the water for my dark towels. 😂 I now have a design from it lifting the color!

Yes! The customer service is amazing! Let me know your thoughts once you receive it!
I just ordered the laundry system a few minutes ago…your video was very well done and instrumental in my purchase😊
@@kennlw5 thank you for the compliment! Don’t forget to pre-treat stains. That’s the only thing I have to remember.

I do pretreat stains. I use puracy for that. You can also use a little bit of laundry detergent.

Should I see bubbles in the mixing window? Mine doesn't seem to show any bubbles.
Yes, you should see bubbles. If not, definitely reach out to customer service!
are you still using this
hows it held up
have there been any issues

Did you get the extended warrantee?
I did not. It was not offered at the time I bought it.
Scott is helping me too
I hope the issue is resolved soon! My second is doing well!
There is absolutely NO issue with understanding where the fill line is !!!🤦🤦
