- From AQA A-LEVEL recombinant DNA technologies, learn how DNA fragments are made (how DNA is isolated). The three technologies explained are reverse transcriptase in reverse transcription, using restriction endonucleases (enzymes) and the use of an automated gene machine.

Who is the one disliking these videos man?🥺these are so helpful🥰
haha awww thanks.
So glad you find them so helpful :D
when do you plan to have the other topic 8 videos up? you're the only teacher that makes it so simple
I should have the topic 8 epigenetics video uploaded by tomorrow.
I'm hoping to have the in vivo cloning videos up from Monday.
Sorry for the delay, I have been ill with no voice since Tuesday, so have been unable to record any audio for the videos!
Really please that you find the videos easy to follow :)
Hello, just to let you know the in vivo cloning videos are up now :)
Wow that was quick! Thank you
It's not the epigenetics video yet (acetylation and methylation), but is still prat of topic 8 AQA biology
Thank you so much 🙏🙏
great content!
thank you 😊
hello miss, what does it mean by 'overlapping nucleotides' ?
What grade did you get?
@@adailyfact grade A and 8 marks from A*
@@uwotm8770 well done! What are you studying now? Any tips?
queen
😂 thank you
What are introns in simple words?
hello,
They are sections of DNA that don't code for amino acids. So it is particular sequences of DNA that don't code for amino acids
Non coding sections of mRNA
would we need to know the stages of how DNA fragments are produced in detail?
yes
3:10 I don’t understand the first part of the process, literally just the first point
what grade did you end up getting?
I still don’t understand I think I’m just thick tho lol
Hi Catherine,
Gene technology is a challenging topic and many students have to spend time to fully understand it, so you are definitely not thick!
Is there a particular part that didn't make sense, or any questions you have to see if I can clarify?
i understand and im thicc
