Yes, very much actually, because the police eventually come and try to enforce nonexistent laws and unlawfully I.D. auditors. The "audit" of a private company is mildly annoying for the employees, at worst. Most of them can definitely use an education as well. They try to get someone arrested who has broken no laws.
It's like an ambulance chasing lawyer. Yeah the accident victim needs a lawyer but the scruples of the action makes it unethical. Even though some things seem ritous on the surface the core can be unethical. Pushing average people to their limit of tolerance. Because they reach out for help due to actions that fringe on harassment you site nonexistent laws as justification?

They’re “auditors”. They go to places to keep public servants such as police and city works etc, and citizens in check of public rights and to see if they’re respected on public ameasment. Most companies feel they have authority not only on their property but apparently everything surrounding it as well, and when they come at auditors aggressive it’s not a good look nor respect to the publics rights. They have the right to film what they can see on public ameasment. Pretty much they’re just proving that point to people and making sure they’re educated, also to expose companies, cops, people in general who don’t know our rights or respect them. Some people think it’s beneficial, some people think is rude and dumb lol But yeah just to answer your question.

What actually happened is somebody filmed a business, a business that probably pays for advertisement and wants people to use and see them. PJ Audits in the UK does the same thing. Audits business’, construction ect, but asks them how their day is going, and what they are up to. You don’t need to tell them what you are doing, just say you enjoy taking photos. That way you are not being unnecessarily rude. The assholes will be assholes regardless of how you behave.
