It was a false arrest. I don't like the sheriff's or the Mongols but the police had no good reason for the traffic stop. This is an abuse of the justice system. @@lhasaroadrat9374

In all legal terms yes it’s a closed case illegal for seizure violation of the fourth amendment right because they screwed up when they ran the serial number warrant so technically he has a lawsuit against the county and ride with who ever he likes now

Court will probably rule the search wasn't valid based on the arrest. We'll see how it plays out
@@discoverthis The cop who didn't know how to do his job should be fired and sued for the false traffic stop and false arrest for the firearm. I know he will claim qualified immunity though. Even the basic traffic stop is trash. I don't like the sheriff's or the Mongols but the law is the law. The courts can't just do as they please they violated his 1st 2nd and 4th amendment rights. What they did to him was nothing short of kidnap.
