Till training everybody will be grounded after joining into job at field many employees will boast and do bhajana, if these young ias’s will fall into the trap of this bossism they will think that they are succeeding but every our till the ground level will not at all be happy. Try to respect officers till ground level and listen to public concern leaving bossism that will become a true service you all aspired for
