What model is Rob wearing in this video? Reefton?
Yes, there are the reefton.
Hola buenos días soy de argentina y tengo un par de costa modelo fantail ya tienen aproximadamente 4 años y quiero adquirir otro par que diferencia hay uno de policarbonato con glade
I've just ordered a pair of 580G lens. Did Costa do away with the etching of the G after 580 on the lenses. Just so I'm aware of that fact.
Hey CJ! Yes you are correct. Costa glass lenses will only have 580 etched into the lenses. Please let us know if we can help with anything else :)
My fantails seem to fit perfectly but fog up... I'm going to try blackfins. hoping they aren't to big!
Both of those models also come in a 'pro' version which include some unique features to help fight fog buildup. Check them out!

Which frames are those, Rob?
If I was to fish in freshwater and wanted something that would be good for sight casting, what would you recommend? Lense color and material?
Glass green mirror
Which one would be best for the “all around”?
Probably the green lenses, they’re good for lowlight conditions as well as bright conditions. Great for sight fishing
So what’s the difference between 580 tech and the Mirror sunglasses? Any?
Are the costa hamlins good for baseball??
Hey Dalton thanks for commenting on the video! The Costa Hamlins are a great pair sunglasses, but they were more designed for fishing not baseball. I have attached a link to a blog we wrote about the popular baseball sunglasses worn by the pros this past season. The 2nd link is to all the baseball sunglasses we offer on the website. This will allow you to check out color options and see all the prices.

COSTA The best sunglasses. 😎
I’ve been watching tons of sport rx videos and every time they mention the silver sunshine they say you don’t want to wear them in full sunlight but I want to disagree. I’m not certain yet but I’ve ordered a pair from Costa and I hope I’m right. They seems awesome for any situation.
How are they working for you so far?
@@ufcguruofficial714 the nose piece started coming off so I don’t wear them much anymore but absolutely you can wear them in bright conditions and I don’t find myself squinting or feeling like I need more shade. I also have the blue mirror and they’re both good for any condition.
@@vhockada Contact Costa. They have great customer service.
@@ufcguruofficial714 you are absolutey right but I never seem to have time to lol
Bring Austin back in here.. we need him!
Sports rx explains costas better than costa!
Since the warranty change two years ago it is a nightmare to get any help from this company. I spent $279 on a pair of Coco’s glass lenses, put them in my glove box and there is now a hairline fracture. Of course the warranty won’t cover it as a state you must keep the glasses in room temperature. Total garbage
Their customer service sucks I hope they go bankrupt
It’s COSTA!… not coasta
Step number 1 don't buy costa. Their frames are cheap and the lenses have a grease that will never wipe off. Their customer service sucks, I lost a pair and asked if they could help out and they told me to look through there bargain bin that no one wants
Grease buildup on the lens is common among every glasses wearer over time. Using a dry microfiber cloth or a shirt will only smear the oils around the lens rather than removing it. Lens spray and dry wipes will help alot with this problem.
Grease from the oils off your skin? Im not familiar with this 🤔 I havent owned many sunglasses but I have a Rx pair of Costa Fantails coming this week. Going to sell my Oakley Gascans as they are too wide for my head
I have purchased better sunglasses at the dollar store in my hometown they are garbage I have bought four pair now and every single pair is junk
You must’ve been high when you posted that. They are “junk” but you purchased 4 pairs. 🤡
