Leave me a comment below! 👇*side note- I understand the dialogue audio isn't perfect in this video (like the other plein airs). I recommend watching this without headphones so the talking doesn't just come through one side. Sorry for the inconvenience, the video was filmed before I made that change. Enjoy!
Great work! As a working digital artist for years now I’ve been feeling a growing desire to paint with oils again. I miss it so much. You’ve inspired me to plan for some plein air painting this year. God bless you thanks for sharing 😊👍🏽🙏🏽
Really enjoyed this painting. The muted colors of the landscape against the lighter sky (which I wondered how you were going to lighten the color without white on your pallet 🙂) really work well together. It so enjoyable to watch a painting come together. My brother commented that he couldn't see it as you drew out your sketch but each stroke of your brush brought the painting into life. Just beautiful as always.
I always like to load my colors on the palette before I leave the house, now I have a palette garage that I made so I can keep it filled with my colors and toss it in the freezer when I go home. I believe there are videos on how to make the palette garage, it wasn’t hard to make you can buy them but they are very expensive

That's great! Yes, it is sooo enjoyable. Thanks for watching and God bless you too 🙂
You captured the seasonal color of that location beautifully. Great painting! Love the location.
Thanks 🙂
Like people, trees that suffer hardship are always more interesting. Thanks Windows!
My pleasure Grumpy, thanks for the comment! You know, that statement is really quite profound and true.
Fabulous. Xx
Thank you!

I agree! I love to watch the image slowly appear. Yes, white is essential to my palette 😄Thanks again Ruben, have a great day!
