Last time I played was March 25th, that sums up my interest and confidence in BB3. This delay didn't surprise me, but what did surprise me is that the delay wasn't announced on the supposed start of season one.
Very disappointing for almost all video games lately and their lack of quality control and ability to keep timelines. Good thing in this case I prefer tabletop so another unplayed video game is just typical at this point.
@@triplepow From the betas it was clear they had been fucking around doing nothing for years. So delays were guaranteed, the only question was how poor their communication would be 🤣
Thabks for making these updates, ive been watching your vids to get an idea if i should jump into playing BB3. A real shame bb3 isnt good as ive played every BB. Put in over 159 hours onto blood bowl on the psp. Have numerous copies of the forst bloodbowl game. Bb2 had a solid spot on my playstation for a very long time and i had such hopes for bb3.
I've never been too much into buying pre-release games (community was caught too many times with this) but now we've reached a new level where games are officialy done while they are actually in beta state at release time and you end up havin a kind of pre release thing in the end. I will wait until the game is finished and then I'll consider buying it ... if there still are players left at that time that is....
I play on Xbox and I feel the player base is less than the end of BB2 which I can't connect to the server now. BB3 looks good but it just doesn't work, I wish it would.
BB3 has a lot of potential. I've been very optimistic about the game since I played in the beta rounds. That said, I've been disappointed several times since release. But, I've also had some great fun playing the game. I don't play as much I was, but that's mostly due to difficulty finding games now and concessions.
definitely glad i didn't purchase bb3 on release after release i thought 12 months until it's worth picking up now i'm leaning towards 24 months bargain bin
Ive got it on Xbox, and i cant remember the last time a actually managed to get a match for a game. It seems no one is playing it. Ive been sat there for over 10 mins sometimes. So i end up playing agaisnt a shitty AI
Xbox player. I got to be hopeful I waited years was so excited so disappointed. Feel like I carnt go back to bb2 (300+ hours play) so I'm in for long haul fingers crossed
Step back and give time for the publisher to get it right. How long has 3 been in development? They have a complete game it 2. How difficult is it to upgrade 2 to 3? They already re-used content from 2.
@triplepow there should be no reason to charge $50 for the game. Treat it like an indie game. $25 for the game. $10 per season. $.50-5 micros. They just want to milk the micros. Change the models, add a few new stadiums, and tweak the rules. Charge $30 for the upgrade and $10 a year for season membership. No micros. Nothing about the release is working except the cash store. 2 is relatively stable and honesty I think it looks better. I think it's something to do with the contrast, but 3 is a chore to look at. Everything blends together like an abstract painting,
@triplepow I think they would work at a reasonable price. Outfitting a complete team should probably be $5. Legends $5 at the most and should be a complete uniform, not just a helmet. As it stands, I plan on spending the 1k I got with the game and nothing else. I want to see what S1 and probably S2 does before I spend that.
I wanted it to be a success but now i dont care Sadly the games framework isn't built for conpetive bloodbowl it was never designed for the tools they are trying to wedge in. The whole thing needs to be rebuilt from the ground up and that's not gonna happen. Me personly I stopped playing 2 days after I brought it and have no interest in going back
This is so bloody dismal. Cyanide have really messed it up - I am genuinely going to write a letter, a bloody letter like it's 1850, to GW's CEO and beg them to consider taking the franchise away from Cyanide for future instalments.

It was early for them - which does lean towards how much needs to be done

I only just took put a PS subscription to play this lol. To be fair it plays ok overall, but it all feels a tad shady, which is a huge shame.
Game fundamentals are there. But somethings broken
@@triplepow agreed. Shame really.

Thanks for watching. Hopefully soon there’s a “go get it now” one!
Cool 👍

Too true about this game. Barely in beta it seems

Oh no - that's even worse - it does look good (for BB) and plays well - when it works.

That’s the biggest issue now. The lack of player base
BB3 has a lot of potential? So does a blank page.

Waiting looks wise here - not missing very much at all - and the sale price when fixed (hopefully!)
Played it the other day, game one worked fine. Game 2 soft lock on turn 10, give up and wait.....
Sadly that’s not uncommon. 😢

Ouch. There’s certainly a slightly bigger base on PC but that’s shrinking. Cross platform might help but can’t see that this year

Same here - the rules have moved on I need the new version to work!

It feels like a small team working on it and I bet the knowledge from first hand isn’t there. Complete guess though

The rate they had planned to realise teams I think they have a license for at least 3 years. Love the letter 🤣
