Tune in next episode, where Sunsfan checks out such interesting myths as "does right clicking cause your selected unit to move" and "can you target other units with the left mouse button"
it's based on the distance between the location where impetus hits and enchantress's position at that time however teleporting to base won't do super massive damage since there is distance cap on impetus. If you go beyond that distance it will stop increasing in damage
Myth: you can have a mjonir and a mask of death at the same time. Most people dont understand that when it says that the mjonir is an orb effect it means that only the proc attack is, which means that the other 70% of your attacks get lifesteal.
They're working out most of the bugs on the next ones to be officially added. You can actually play as two of them in private games by editing some ingame text files.
2 has already been answered, or at least in the dota tips and tricks series from another channel. The first to cast the spell will be the one that DOES NOT get stunned, the other unit is the one that gets stunned (while charging).
The zombies are immune to magical damage. Tinker's march is universal damage, beastmaster's axes are composite, and anchor smash is physical damage. All of dazzle's spells deal physical damage.
actually its anywhere if you can time it perfectly during the invincibility period but it is easier to let the skill hit you when you are time walking toward it.
lifestealer is not affected by global skills while infesting a unit.. this pretty works with silencer's ulti. infest someone, let silencer cast ult, then come out..
Necrolyte's Ultimate damage (Reaper's Scythe) can be removed by Slark's first skill (Dark Pact) if Slark casts Dark Pact before get stunned by Reaper's Scythe
Both. Cos if the missile hits you when you're timewalking, you are invulnerable to the damage and stun. However the timing is also possible but very difficult to accomplish.
No. Magic immunity merely prevents the damage. Juggernaut can only deal attack damage while spinning to units which are not allowed targets of the spin (even without magic immunity) but are allowed targets of his attacks, such as structures and wards.
He is op. Damn highest agi gain in the whole of Dota 2. Infinity armor, damage, with diffusal infinite mana burn, you can't attack him, getting cockblock whole day, fuck up your whole game.
undying zombies can be killed only by physical dmg (like wild axes, tinker's march, anchor smash or right click of course). They will be hit by magical ones, but they take no dmg
But when Faceless Void is timewalking, he is invulnerable to any type of damage. And since Rupture deals it's damage when the hero moves, the damaged dealt when faceless void is timewalking is nullified.
you should explain more so people understand the mechanics and can project them onto other things. Like the undying zombie thing. All physical spells work on them. So people who know the dmg sources of the spells know:"Ok that will also work with dazzle heal, sladar stun ...) Its like they are magic immune. Earthshakers ulti also works but because the initial dmg goes through magic immunity the echo dmg not. That Void can dodge those spells is because while walking he is invulnerable.
What happened to the red and green circle thing at the top left cornor ? I know it's for Dota but I think it's still useful because some people play both Dota and Dota2.
Yeah I actually prefer the Pixel lab's version where the update is less frequent, but they are actually myths or more complex mechanics. The myths by Dota2Cine some of them can just be found by reading the skill description..
Myth: "Faceless Void will take NO damage from Bloodseekers Rupture when he makes a Timewalk". I think that's some BS, because even blinking hero takes some, though they are now walking.
No he isn't classified as a ranged hero. He just has a huge melee range, as several other melees, too. E.g. Lycan in ultimate form. Imagine a two-handed sword in comparison to a dagger. More range, yet still melee.
if dk is level 15 and uses his dragon form during that dragon form he hits level 16 and morphling uses replicate on DK will the replicate be a level 3 frost dragon or a level 2 dragon? only asking this cause it's happened to me a few years back in dota 1 where i was DK and the other team morphling replicated a lvl 3 dragon out of me when i was still in my lvl 2 form.
Did they not bust their own myth just now? Chen can recall Brewmaster before he ults and the aura's will NOT follow the earth panda, but appear in base. They proved that a couple of episodes ago...
the only reason those 'spells' do damage to the zombies is because it is physical damage or composite damage, which is basically physical damage. Tinkers robot ability even SAYS it goes through magic immunity. how obvious can it get?
you automatically do if they are hosting the vid you may not know it but your not always watching dota cinema videos when you watch mythbusters. they alternate who uploads it
What if chaos knight did his ulti at base or somewhere far, then when he is somewhere far away from his illusions and cast reality rift, will all the ck come to the target?

1:40 it is worth mentioning that the spells that killed the zombies were physical (and composite in beastmaster's case)
2:11 they had that myth on one of the perviousness episodes
They're working out most of the bugs on the next ones to be officially added.

Does the damage from Ursa's fury swipes cleave with a Battle Fury?
yes cleaves will stack as well as the damage delivered to the affected units/heroes
actually its anywhere if you can time it perfectly during the invincibility period but it is easier to let the skill hit you when you are time walking toward it.
meepo one was already done >:(
yeah he did
1- No, if you tether a hero and use refresher you still can't use the skill Tether because the icon will change to the ability to Break the Tether :3
That void's blink ........... OP!!!
Awesome as always :)
lifestealer is not affected by global skills while infesting a unit.. this pretty works with silencer's ulti. infest someone, let silencer cast ult, then come out..
almost positive refresher on wisp wouldnt work because when u use tether you get a new icon to detach instead of making a new one
For Faceless Void's, does the dodge only work when going through the projectile? Or is it just a timing thing? Or both?
that Void myth is awesome
Necrolyte's Ultimate damage (Reaper's Scythe) can be removed by Slark's first skill (Dark Pact) if Slark casts Dark Pact before get stunned by Reaper's Scythe
Tombstone Zombies are unaffected by Magic damage
Anchor smash is Physical Axes are Mixed and I think MoM is Physical too
Void looks awesome walking through spells
the void thing is freakin awesome!
Both. Cos if the missile hits you when you're timewalking, you are invulnerable to the damage and stun. However the timing is also possible but very difficult to accomplish.

Vengeful Spirit's Wave of Terror also wipes the zombies.
You can finally feel useful using that spell :D (jkjk, the armor reduction is amazing)
undying zombies can be killed only by physical dmg (like wild axes, tinker's march, anchor smash or right click of course). They will be hit by magical ones, but they take no dmg
Radiance burn still works while Lifestealer is infesting a unit.
A pudge with enough bloodstone charges can hook a unit right before dying and hook them to his base
@ The Undying's Zombie blabla. Actually all spells which damages physically only affect the zombies. Try the spells which damage is magic type ^^
if you change to melee when troll`s range axe attack is in the air it can bash
It was.
Check previous videos.
Armlet will no consume you hp, just regenerate it.
But when Faceless Void is timewalking, he is invulnerable to any type of damage. And since Rupture deals it's damage when the hero moves, the damaged dealt when faceless void is timewalking is nullified.

"Meepo, Meepo, MEEPO!" made me giggle like a school girl.
What happened to the red and green circle thing at the top left cornor ? I know it's for Dota but I think it's still useful because some people play both Dota and Dota2.
I think it would have to contact while FV is in flight, its just a hell of alot easier when facing the enemy
wasn't the Undying-Meepo one already shown in a previous episode?
Yeah I actually prefer the Pixel lab's version where the update is less frequent, but they are actually myths or more complex mechanics. The myths by Dota2Cine some of them can just be found by reading the skill description..
I don't know if this has already been tried but can Faceless Void "dodge" the damage from Bloodseekers Rupture if he uses Timewalk?
while tether is being used, if you push Q again it will just break the tether, you can't use it twice
dude.....those spells you used on zombies were all physical damage.....of course they would work on them.....
what if Treant buffs one of some meepos invisibility, would it works on every meepo or just on choosed one?
crix stun doesn't dodge anything, including auto attacks. only dodges ground target stuff (lsa, split earth, ice path, etc.)
Nice Void tips, thanks.
So.. I'm not sure if Radiance auras can stack, but would a Lifestealer + Radiance, which in turn infests a Weaver/Riki with Radiance work?
Didn't the undying-meepo one came out before? Or sometime similar...
Does shiftclick lightstriker ray and stun on lina with shift click spells apply more damage
Myth: "Faceless Void will take NO damage from Bloodseekers Rupture when he makes a Timewalk".
I think that's some BS, because even blinking hero takes some, though they are now walking.
hence : Undying zombies can only be killed by Attack and Physical damage skills
does spectre's dispersion works even if the atk missed? like centaur's return?
Undyings zombies are magic immune, Anchor smash is physical.
1:35 tidehunters anchor smash is a physical attack :x
More like a question than a myth, but does Naix can infest into Faceless Void and remain able to consume inside chronosphere ? Or is he disabled ?
That Faceless Void's myth I didn't know.. wow.. thanks..
what happens if Tusk uses refresher orb and has double ult? it probably just replaces the original buff, but it'd be awesome if it stacked lol
The void thing also works with storm ulti
Queen of Pain can dodge targeted abilities like Assassinate with her blink.
No he isn't classified as a ranged hero. He just has a huge melee range, as several other melees, too. E.g. Lycan in ultimate form.
Imagine a two-handed sword in comparison to a dagger. More range, yet still melee.
1. no
if you use teather on an unit you can't teather an other unit
the ability teather will be converted into the ability which breaks the teather
if dk is level 15 and uses his dragon form
during that dragon form he hits level 16 and morphling uses replicate on DK
will the replicate be a level 3 frost dragon or a level 2 dragon?
only asking this cause it's happened to me a few years back in dota 1 where i was DK and the other team morphling replicated a lvl 3 dragon out of me when i was still in my lvl 2 form.
It will deal damage depending on your distance when it hits. Although the max damage is 400.
Does batriders tar work with lina (fire attack) shadow shamons wards?
No, since Riki didn't cast it, this is a passive spell. That would be like stealing Mortred's critical strike.
that time walk seems great
I got this feeling everyone in AP is going to play Void.
Did they not bust their own myth just now? Chen can recall Brewmaster before he ults and the aura's will NOT follow the earth panda, but appear in base. They proved that a couple of episodes ago...
Void info is cool !
if you use your starting gold and nobody notices, do you really use it?
Last 1 is sick
the only reason those 'spells' do damage to the zombies is because it is physical damage or composite damage, which is basically physical damage. Tinkers robot ability even SAYS it goes through magic immunity. how obvious can it get?
you automatically do if they are hosting the vid you may not know it but your not always watching dota cinema videos when you watch mythbusters. they alternate who uploads it
Medusa will deal bonus damage to all targets hitting from shadow blade's invis
didnt you guys have decay on meepo already in a previous episode?
Here's a myth. Gem on Lone Druid's bear doesn't reveal invis units
Does Clockwerk still fly towards his hooked target after being teleported back to the fountain in mid flight by a Chen?
1.I don't think he can.
2.
They will both knock themselves out.
Dazzle's shadow weave is perfect to kill zombies :) my fav counter
does infested naix will get mana if Kotl gives chakra magic to the infested hero?
Yeah, I sent one, and I'm confused. Why didn't it get in the video? "Mistery" was: If Shadow Fiend denies an allied hero, will he get 1 or 12 souls?
Can tini toss over the chronosphere?
You checked only when enemy are the same ground. But what about hg, while sphere and enemy are below?
Does getting multiple battlefuries cleave stack? and yes but how much? Is it same mechanics at in dota 1
If juggernaut rick-clicks an enemy while using Blade Fury and that enemy is using a BKB, do jugg's autoattacks deal damage to the target?
Does dominators stack with vladmirs lifesteal aura as in dota 1. What are the machanics
Does global spells still affect Spectre if he were to dagger out of the map?
Composite damage is a Dota 2 term, it was mixed damage in dota 1.
Can Meepo use Poof! to teleport to enemy illusions of said meepo? (Shadow Demon's ability for example.)
Would void have to time walk towards the hero only or anywhere?
What if chaos knight did his ulti at base or somewhere far, then when he is somewhere far away from his illusions and cast reality rift, will all the ck come to the target?
It's going to be Skywrath Mage they already made DotA 2 icons of his skills and has a background story (partially)
Does Storm Spirit lose mana while ball lightning away if Keeper of the Light Mana Leaks him. Or is he invulnerable to that too.
Wasnt the Meepo one already been in a Mythbusters Video?
You're serious, aren't you my boy?
Well you better go rest those grumpy eyes of yours and tomorrow will shine brightly again.
Does blink work with Pudge and VS?
Will damaging a tossed unit apply more damage?
They did the Rubick-Bara charge interaction in a previous episode
they do, i think that one was shown in the dota 1 mythbusters
yes it was there in one of the fails of the week
Wow, I want to see that now. I am inclined to say it would work, since 1 hook does.
