Really? He has been more and more grumpy every ten years , now he mocking his mates and other musicans, he s a little dwarf, not a Nice man at all… he does not been around another musicans , after a show he is not talking to his bandmates. Steve, nico is the most jovial and easy going down to earth, Adrian is introvert n´byt Nice, same with dave shy but Nice. Bruce is not a good person, anymore, actually after powerslave his personality changed, he Can be Nice,2 sec aftereards he scream and yell to You , never work for your heroes. And Please stop saying maiden is a metal band, its rock, not metal, Even some songs have metal elements. Nicko says itsrock roll, same with steve, Adrian and dave.

@@SMEDSRUDmusicYou're being a bit dramatic. Bruce is annoying at times, but that'sabout it. And they definitely ARE metal. To be rock, a band has to have some 'rock 'n roll' about them, a little bit of looseness. Maiden aren't like that at all, infact they're pretty stiff. But that's cool. They tried to be rock when they covered 'communication breakdown' and it was abysmal.

Very physically challenging, up and down those stairs every time, running around on stage. It’s as if he’s at peace with it, has accepted it and has (finally) grown into the role…and is loving it in the process. He absolutely appears to be having more fun than ever, and that seems to be resulting in better vocal performances than we’ve seen in years. When I saw them in Leeds & Manchester, I noticed right away how spot on Bruce’s vocals were. And I love how you captured him holding the long note at the end of Alexander. That blew my mind seeing it live. 🤘🏼

Bruce has always had great presence on stage his banter and antics were always part of what makes them such a great live act. It does seem this tour he's even more than usual as you pointed out which is great to see. The band in general seem to be having a blast with this tour and as time is marching on so the end must be not too far it's nice to see them still enjoying it.

(I still call it the Point) 🤣 will never forget that gig as long as i live!! saw them in 2015 in brazil Belo Horizonte. they looked tired then!! i had to go and see them cos i think this is most likely the last time they will play in Dublin again... i pray i am wrong 🙏 one of the greatest live bands out there with brilliant studio albums, UP THE IRONS!!

i went to see them at the o2 on this tour and i was blown away by the level of performance these guys showed, i last saw them in 1993 and they were good then, but this was possibly the best show ever, Bruce's vocals were exceptional and don't forget this guy has fought cancer on the tongue, so to be able to perform like this is truly amazing, all i can say is these guys are man machines Up The Irons!! Slava Ukraini!!.

Regarding what you said about the last tour seeming more like a "job" for Bruce, I imagine at least some of it had to do with his hip? I know for the pre-pandemic leg of Legacy of the Beast he was in a LOT of pain and working hard not to show it, and I wonder if he was still building up his mobility during the second half of the tour when it resumed in 2022. But I also happen to think he overextended himself with Legacy as well; too many costume changes, too many props, he had to concentrate on getting all of that right and keeping it all working that I'm sure it felt like work, even if he enjoyed the spectacle of it all!

Thank you for your video. What I noticed from several fan live videos is that Bruce runs and hops less frequently as compared to what he used to do in, for example, their 2017 tour. On the other hand, it almost seems like this gives him more opportunities to really focus on the singing.

I have seen Maiden on the Maiden England tour (I think 2013), the Book of Souls Tour (both 2016 and 2017), and the Legacy tour (both 2019 and 2022). Bruce always has fun on stage. I haven't yet seen the Future Past tour, though I hope they bring it to North America in 2024 (I can't afford the Power Trip festival and can't make it to the Canadian dates this fall). But if he is having even more fun on this tour, more power to him!

He says that Bruce came all the way from London to the Festival by BYCICLE, yes riding a f* BYCICLE. He change clothes and went up the stage to sing. Yes my friends, and some pop singers has to use playback to performe...

I caught them at the Leeds, UK date; despite being a Maiden fan for more than 30 years & since childhood (I'm 43) this is the first time I've seen them live and what a performance. It was absolutely phenomenal; Bruce's vocals were amazing despite such a tough setlist (especially Alexander the Great) and I hope I move as well as him when I'm 64 - he seemed to have boundless energy. Nicko, Steve, Adrian, Janick & Dave all seemed to be drinking in every last moment too, as if they know that it can't go on for too much longer. If this turns out to be their final arena tour, I'm so glad I managed to see it. I hope not, of course!

I like seeing them enjoying their job and I honnestly think that he has always had that goofy side, however, they now that everything it's coming to an end (maybe not that soon but eventually it will happen), so they are trying to enjoy their job as much as they can. 🤘

Approval. It's not bad either. On the contrary. If you didn't notice the age, it would probably be fake. I was at the first gig in Munich last week and I have to say - I was thrilled! So authentic. I've known Maiden since 1986 and it would never occur to me to say anything about the aging gentlemen to say bad things. Just be happy that they are still around - and hopefully for a long time to come. Have fun and enjoy every moment with Maiden. Instead of doing some nonsensical analysis. With that in mind, all the best out there! Mario 🤘😜
