I can’t even imagine an American company putting fourth the effort that you do to care for and educate your employees about what’s expected of them, I would love to come and see the farm some day, i don’t know if I worked a season I would never want to come home 😊
There we have a private entrepreneur doing the right things ( ie the student packs etc) being treated very shoddily by the public sector unproductive parasites.
Love watch your videos and great to see you taking care of your staff.sorry about your issues with British rail and Anglian water.we got similar issues with pylons coming through farm in norfolk on Norwich to tilbury line.we get bullied and treated terribly by surveyors and National grid.I've got a court order against me for telling em all to piss off and can now do nothing.I'll keep fighting like I'm sure you will.
Just like the old days when the farmers wife would bring out sandwiches and cakes and drinks to the field at harvest time I remember they always kept you well fed. In my book this is the best farming channel, all the best for the coming harvest

What a superb employer. Hat goes off to how well prepared for New staff. My USA travels were such a contrast at times. 1400 miles away from our yard never knowing etc. Awesome company. Have stepped away from my 120hr weeks to operate a 930 fendt doing gentlemen hours. Would love to fire back over seas. 13 year's in a claas forage harvester has me keen to move into a combine for a season.

Jesus you’re fair organised in relation to your summer staff compared to the places I went to in England for the harvest months. Where I went you’d be doing well to get a pen to sign your name nevermind getting the gear you’re giving to your employees.
