I found this short old super 8 clip I took of the bridge being placed over the River Colne at the Colne Valley Railway. I think it would have been in the early 80's.
Hello i am a West Suffolk College student about to do my final project on my media course, i am making a documentary film about the Colne Valley Railway from the past to the present day showing how it has progressed and changed in its years of operation, will it be ok to use this footage for my project? full credit will be given to you for this, i also volunteer at the railway myself and if the project becomes good enough it may even play in the museum centre of the railway :D thankyou very much, kind regards Samuel Beamon

Let me know if you want to use the original that does not have the sound track and I can put it on a disc and mail it to the museum. I use to come the Railway for outings. Also for Birthday trips in my childhood back in the 90s when I was Little Hallingbury Primary School kid.
