This keyboard has a function to display a menu on the lower side, a menu such as an android device with the back/home/recent apps options (on Android TVs )... my kid accidentally pressed something and popped up this menu, I just can't seem to display it again. Does anyone know how to do this?
Bought this kB and the USB connection cable to work w/ Amazon Fire 4K BUT the Power and volume up/down does NOT work. Everything else does, that is Menu, Home, Back, Mouse pad. Pity but not 100% compatible bc I was looking fwd to use only one remote. Does anyone know how to make the volume work?

Hi, thanks for watching. Yes it does. You can either use the up & down arrows or scroll via the red scroll. Very easy/simple to setup and use.
my rgb color has switched to blue red and green and now its back on like yours how can i change them back to red green blue rgb?

mine brightness is very very low why??
I'm not sure. Maybe the battery is low? I have not used this one in a while, but I never had a low brightness issue.
