2 years ago, due to various reasons, I had become extremely careless about my food and health amd gained around 20kgs. I hated the way I looked. It was then that I got to read Rujuta's book. It was the best thing that happened in my life. With so much of motivation, I started working out and eating healthy food. I lost the 20kgs that I gained and reached my target weight today. You just changed my life forever. Thank you ❤️❤️🥰🥰
@@reshmichettry3474 Hello...both exercise and diet. It works differently for different people. I will anyway share my experience. Diet - I never starved myself. I am a South Indian, and I used to eat the normal South Indian food. Idli, dosa, upma etc for breakfast. Rice, vegetables and sometimes nonveg for lunch, and chapati, salad and dal for dinner. I was careful about the quantities. Used to eat 2 fruits a day. That was my snack. Stopped sugar intake. I take black coffee or black tea without sugar. Once a week, I eat my favourite food from outside. Strictly once a week. And I started drinking plenty of water. Exercise - I have limited time. So I work out for 30 to 45 mins a day. I walk for 15 to 20 mins, and I do other exercises like plank ,leg raises, jumping jacks, high intensity aerobics. Sunday no work out. The most important thing is, more than losing weight, it is about adopting a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Do not adopt any diet or workout plan that you will not be able to adhere to, for immediate results. Give it time, and make a diet plan and workout plan that you can always follow. I took almost 11 months to lose 20 kgs. It is a bit long, but whatever I am doing now, I am sure I can do it always...both diet and workout. Thank You 🙂✌️

Oh!!!So very nice of you to bring all these dishes back. Our people have forgotten all these healthy dishes...pls do continue posting these kind of videos, our food the healthiest among all...thanks once again for bringing this awareness in people,,🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I always see your videos and follow what you recommend. My request is plz make series for diabetic and kidney (creatinine) patients as my mother is suffering from it and it is difficult to see ur loved ones in pain. TIA
Please cover on consumption of javas /flax seeds/agashi .it's timing and quantity. Would be really helpful for everyone. Thanks in advance hoping that your team will cover this.
I love horse gram. I used to eat it as a dry sabji. Definitely will include again in the diet. Thank you. Since the horse gram is cooked, I would boil the butter milk with a little turmeric and then mix it. Feeling uncomfortable with the idea of mixing raw buttermilk with a cooked item. :(
good point about raw buttermilk which is going to fall on probiotic obsessed deaf ears without message entering brain ... and i am sorry for being so rude ... array bhai aapko probiotic chaahiye ya duniya kee sabse healthy daal? acchhi bhali daal ka satyaanash kar diya ... summer mei cool rakhne ke liye tau hazaar nuskhe hai lekin kulitth bechaari akeli hai
Boli the buttermilk ! Curd or buttermilk is never ever heated for God's sake .Never heat curd or buttermilk ,You can allow the kalan to cool ,in fact you should and then mix at normal temperature
this is a poor man's grain just like kodro / kodo ... kulitth does grow all over india so i am pretty sure it must be growing in punjab too only being a poor man's grain it may not be too well known among onnche logz ... unlike kodro probably this is safer but still needs soaking overnight and long cooking ... kodro being poisonous requires elaborate pre-cook process like soaking for a day followed by sun drying soaked grains for 2-3 days before cooking
I really like Rujuta's videos, but this series need to provide a bit more scientific and nutritional information on the ingredients they are talking about. The host here makes claims like "it will give good skin", "it will give good hair". How? What vitamins and mineral are present in Kulith that help with this?
Rujuta Diwaker’s team exactly speaks like her. Such a great team!
Yes true🤩🤩👌
Even voice feel same…
Even she looks like her. Younger version of Rujuta ☺️
Even i noticed this Maam speaks, acts, n carries herslf like Dr.RD

Should we soak the kulith before boiling. And should we use that soaked water for cooking or throw it and cook with fresh water.
It's necessary to soak in at least for 5 to 6 hours as it's very hard like rajma seeds.
