      @@samarthruhella5906 It differs school to school. Idk which state you're in but in Delhi, most of the school I'm aware of, got smart board after COVID. Till 2019 all of them had Chalk and Board only.

    Due to +I effect , the electron density increases on nitrogen or we can say that there is a excess of electron on nitrogen ..therefore, nitrogen can easily donate the electron that's why alkylamine is more basic than ammonia

      Alkyl anime will not donate H+ easily
      Cuz of +I effect KO alkyl gp which make N e dense which don't let H+ remove easily that why it is more basic
      Or u can also understand by application of inductive effect

      Only if there is inductive effect in case of resonance the resonance effect dominate no neglible effect of Ind effect there than (neglect Ind effect)

    Because ammonia have hydrogenwhich are electron attracting so the charge density on nitrogen decreases
    While alkyl amine have alkyl group which are electron donating so the charge density on nitrogen increases so increasing its power of donating lone pair Increases
    So the basic character of alkyl halide increases and of ammonia decreases 😊 21:38.

    Ammonia is less basic in nature than Alkyl amine due to presence of alkyl group in alkyl amine which provide +I effect and increases electron density at nitrogen thereby increasing it's basic character.

    In alkyl amine there is a presence of +I effect due to which it pulls electron towards Nitrogen,so, electron density of nitrogen increases.....as Nitrogen has excess of electron,so,it is more basic in nature than amine....

    Ammonia is less basic than alkyl amine bcoz in alkyl amine the alkyl groups present shows + I effect and increases the eletron density on nitrogen.. Therefore nitrogen can donate the e-s easily

    When compared between ammonia and alkylamine, ammonia is less basic and alkylamine is more basic because it has one R group attached to it and the R group shows +I effect which is it will pull the electrons to nitrogen side and nitrogen already have a lone pair so due to the increase in density of electrons on nitrogen it will easily donate the electrons than ammonia. THANKS ~

    I got it. Because R(alkyl group) is pushing e- towards N, which already has a lone pair, N can donate e- and hence is a good Lewis Base and also a good base.

    But ammonia electron dene ke baad usske jaga koi aur electron nahi hai that's why alkyl amine is more basic..

    In ammonia +I effect element is not present but in amine +I is show by hydrocarbon chain (R).....hench bcz of +I effect electron density on nitrogen increase and it becomes easier to loss electron......
    Hence alkyl amines are more basic than ammonia 😁

    Because in alky amine there are alkyl group which shows the +1 effect and therefore its increse the magnitude of electron on Nitrogen atom and it donate electron easily hence alkyl amine is more than ammonai
