油はなぜ塗るのですか？
紙コップで作る場合も塗った方が
いいですか？
キャンドルを型から剥がしやすくするために、シリコンスプレーまたは油を使います。
基本的に、紙コップには油を塗らなくても、型から外れるので大丈夫ですよ。^ ^
ただし、表面を綺麗に残したいキャンドルを作る場合は、油を塗る必要があります。

HI! could you say me what type of oil is that? i have similar candle mold but when i remove candles don't come off :((
martina callen Hello! I put a normal oil which I get at a super market on the mold. It is the most cheapest oil. Please try to put the candle with mold in a freezer between 30 and 60min. And try to remove it again. ;)

DIYが好きで色々なDIY動画を視るのですが、キャンドル作成時に｢マイクロソフト｣と言う物をパラフィンに混ぜるDIY動画は全く初めてなのです。

ご質問いただいた、マイクロソフトワックスですが、
これはキャンドルの原材料で使われるパラフィンワックスに入れる添加剤のことです。
どうしてマイクロソフトをいれるかというと、
パラフィンワックス単体では、冷めて固まった時に気泡がでてしまうんですね。
そこで、マイクロソフトを入れると、気泡を減らしツルツルになって見た目が良くなります。そして強度を上げることができるんです。
パラフィンとマイクロソフトは石油ベースなので、ソイワックスなど天然のものでキャンドルを作る時は、使わないほうがいいと思います！
キャンドルも意外と奥が深いので、いろいろ試してみてください♪

Who to make mould
These moulds are sold in candle product shops. I suppose you can buy them online.
Can we do something to cure the shrinkage of the candle in the bottom? Will it affect the colour effect of the finished candle?
Thank you for your comment and so sorry for late replying. I always remain some melted wax which is same colour and pour it when the candle completely set. It won't affect the colour effect the finished candle.
Where can I buy this kind of molder?
Look for "cone candle mold" on eBay or other online shop.:) Hope you enjoy making candles!

I'm not sure what you said. Probably we misunderstood our comment each other. You want to make this gradation candle by yourself, don't you? So do you need the recipe (details) for making this candle?
What size wick did you use?
Depends on the types of wax, I often use flat wick for paraffin wax candles. (I guess, I used flat wick 4x3+2 for this candle. Refer to this url -> global.rakuten.com/en/store/kinokokinoko/item/wc4-3-2_5m/ )
If it is hard to decide wick size for you, I wish I could make a new video as for how to choose wick. Do you have any questions or problems about candle making?
Candle room Liberty I have a similar candle mold but I’ve been having trouble with wick size I use a soy pillar wax blend
@@mariec9510 Thanks for sharing your situation. As you said, wick size is also important but I recommend you to change wick type as well. :)
Soy wax is stickier (like bee wax) than paraffin wax, so you shouldn’t choose flat wick.
Basically, I use this type of wicks to make soy candles ( global.rakuten.com/en/store/kinokokinoko/item/wcd-60_5m/ ) because it absorbs soy wax well than flat wicks. I suppose it is same as square braid wick.

キャンドル作りで細かいほこりなどが入ってしまうのは仕方ないことなのでしょうか？
出来上がった時に目立ってしまうので困っています...何か対策法があれば教えていただきたいですm(_ _)m

そうですね、TI Eさんの仰るとおり、埃が入ってしまうのは仕方のないことですが、どうしても気になるようでしたら、溶かしたワックスを一度濾してみると、ある程度改善されます。
一番簡単な方法ですと”ティッシュを漏斗のように折りたたんでワックスを濾す”ですが、この方法ですとティッシュ自体が柔らかいので、破れたり、火傷に注意が必要です。
ワックスを注ぐときは慎重に、気をつけながら行なってみて下さい。

恐らくパラフィンワックス にくっついているホコリにお悩みで、ご質問くださったのかなと思うのですが、私自身、ワックスの形状によってもホコリが付き具合が違うなと感じた経験があります。
ちなみにTI Eさんは、どのような形状のものをお選びでしょうか？（細かい粒状のもの、ペレットタイプなど）
