  • Here I show you how to raise or lift a sprinkler head easily without digging, using the KJKE Kap-It Riser. In my instance my pop up sprinkler heads were buried by overgrown grass and was not allowing the spray from the pop up heads to reach their full potential.
Stick around until the end and watch how I install and give my review on the Kap-It Riser. It is a very inexpensive and easy process to do. Literally anyone can install this product and it takes no longer than 5 minutes to do.
If you would like to purchase this product, you can find it at the Home Depot website and search, "Kap-It Riser". You can also click on this link below:

Home Depot stores also carry this as well as Sprinkler Warehouse.

I encourage you to buy 1 bag of these (there are 2 per bag) and test them on your system. Watched the video and thought this was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Went to HD and bought 9 bags (again 2 per bag). Installed them in a few hours in the heat. Was excited to see the results. Turned on the irrigation system and the heads simply would not fully extend. Water gushed out around the sprinkler shaft as it would not form a seal. My water pressure is fine. The heads popped up fine before, I just thought it would be helpful to have them raised a bit to improve coverage. Spent a few hours the next day uninstalling all of them. Returned them to HD today. What an utter waste of my time.
