Not too bad! Throw a few blankets on the tailgate and you could probably set it down there, get out and readjust. I’m looking for one-man ideas. My truck is lifted a little and wife is too short :-)
Yeah originally I saw someone do this much easier because they had a tonneau cover. Having said that I think it’s better to just unbolt it all. And then stand in the bed of the truck and begin to lift it and walk backwards and then try to set it on the tailgate before getting down and pulling it off the tailgate

Just gonna throw this out there, Get a bed cover and a blanket. You can just tip and slide it off.
