Yeah dude i changed my earbuds 2 times within warrenty and each of those had same issue. I got annoyed and threw them away after 3rd paid failed.
But i must give it to them their customer care is really good.

I bought the nirvana ion from Amazon and replaced it when I was not getting 120 hours and the replaced product too didn't give me 120 hours, both times it gave around 62-65 hours only along with the case. Also, the earbuds are not comfortable at all, it's too heavy and when used while eating, it falls down. So, I returned this and got OP Nord Buds 2.
Their customer support is worst, in one year this product is not working and they reject to repair this pods😂
Once Apple also did the same with IBM. But before you challenge a company with such marketing make sure you got the product worth it.
Not to mention boat sold our data too
