At first I was like... OMG... so slow doing this with the kid... and then I was thinking - this is the perfect pace for me to try and learn! Because I've never done a carb! So, thanks Jackson for helping Dad! :)

You can do it! Not as scary as you think it is. Just take your time. You got it.

@@motorcyclerewind Thanks. Am enjoying the community (vintage bikes) so far and I appreciate the encouragement. (CB360T - some assembly required)

I like the pillow on top of the ultrasonic cleaner. I'm guessing it muffles it a bit. Those thing make the worst noise... kinda like the noise Jim Carey made in Dumb and Dumber.
That kid is gonna be a professional mechanic by the time he's 10. He'll be able to say "I remember rebuilding old Kehein carburetors with my grandpa when I was 5."

I certainly hope so!!! He likes being in the shop with Pops.
You are right about the folded up towel on the ultrasonic cleaner. Muffles the noise.
      Thanks for watching.

I'm wondering how many of us watching this video have that same grey and black Vessel Impacta JIS screwdriver. I'm gonna guess 80 precent of us. If you own Honda's or any Japanse vintage bikes, you have some JIS screw drivers and Vessell is the go-to brand.

      Harley guys as well Sir.
Keihin, both butterfly as well as the C.V. carbs, and also the Mikuni both round slide VM and the modern flat slide carbs.

Nice! I hope to be doing that someday with a grandkid. What size cleaner do you recommend and how long do you cycle each carb in the solution? They look good!

Mine is only 3 liters. Heat all the way up and about 40 minutes each set of carbs. Solution is water, Simple Green and Dawn dish washing liquid.
