    I allways wondered what a Hoagie was.Its just a bread stick here in Australia.

      I’d always wondered what a knife was. Thank goodness an Australian showed me back in the ‘90s. Silly me, I’d never played knifey-spooney before.

    Nice video, wishing you well on your channel.
    I like using my bread machine for making a lot of doughs (all in one mixing/rising). Would you think this recipe would work in a bread machine?

    Could I use all purpose flour in the recipe if I didn’t have bread flour?

      @jamiemadore1885 You could but bread flour is what gives the hoagies it's chew. With all-purpose it will make it denser. You can always add wheat gluten flour to your All purpose to make it bread flour. You would need a tablespoon of gluten flour to add to your all-purpose. It's all about the protein content to help give it it's fluffy interior.
