This is my daily thought process. Always saying and repeating this daily while in hospital and appointments and my nurses and doctors would just smile.
I learned that when I hiked up a mountain with a friend. I had a really bad day but it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I kept looking at the top and felt totally hopeless. She advised me to only look at my feet and take one step and then think: I can manage one more step. It was really horrible and exhausting, but I managed. It's sometimes just one step further, just one more breath ... Thank you for sharing this and reminding me! 🤗 from Europe
hey sis, have you thought of including natural medicine in with all these antibiotics especially for your head pain. I don't have CF but I have heart and lung disease and I often use Peppermint for my headaches and CBD oil for pain. I say this because that Tylenol isn't good for your liver.
@@ebonylowe6171 I use peppermint oil for my migraines. .that helps me. So so many uses that peppermint oil can be used for all kinds of things. I love it.
I just got out of the hospital yesterday and I am still feeling pretty rough, so what you say about taking it a chapter at a time is a great life lesson. There are bad things in everyday, but that doesn’t mean it has to be a bad day. Love you guys and thank you for sharing all the things with us! 💕
Chronic illness warriors have to take each moment at a time because we never know when a symptom will pop up which can change your plans for that day, a week, or even longer. The most important thing is making it through 💜💜💜.
I'm working on my day while I listen to you today because I'm going to work today..which means I'm going out of town for the rest of the week so I pack get ready. I'm a nanny watch 3 amazing children. Almost 6 years now.
@@thefreylife yep I go every week. It's my job. But it's fun. They have a swimming pool at their apt.complex where they live. So I took the kids swimming last week. That was so fun I get in with them. To hot not to. Lol
I hope that Mary will feel better once she is off the anitbiotics. It must be so exhausting for her not feeling good and then the coughing. She is such a trooper. And you are her rock, Peter. Love you guys
Hope your day is better tomorrow. This days done. I know the feeling though. I've been having a tummy bug since last night. It finally got better today and I've been able to get some sleep. 😀👋
I’m so glad to know you’ve at least made it through the doxy without the super severe nausea the whole time. Doxy is common, but there are people who can’t keep it down, and will start vomiting even if out through a tube. I’m so glad this one piece was “easier” for you until the later days. I know it wasn’t easy, but this part is something I’m glad you didn’t have to endure the entire cycle. I haven’t been able to keep down a single dose of doxy for years (not comparing, just mentioning it because it’s actually kind of common amidst chronic Lyme fighters).
Congratulations! I am so excited for you guys! I've been following for years and enjoy every minute. You all are amazing and get me through really tough health challenges. It's my Birthday today/June 26th and I am looking forward to seeing today's video. Continued prayers for you all. Love and hugs! Take care.
I don’t want to sound like a hater but I have CF but I don’t moan, complain, share how bad my illness is and how it’s getting to me. Because who wants to watch that, I find it negative, maybe because I’m British always laugh at my illness and find the funny side of it, as I just like to share positively with others. Not “I’m illness watch my videos being ill” same again I don’t want to sound like a hater but I’m just saying what I see
