At 27:00 you could have just plugged in the Z component into the Cull Pattern pattern and it would have automatically converted it to boolean and worked as expected.
Yea, that's true. At that point I wanted to add a threshold for gh to count "almost" horizontal lines as horizontal too. That's why it got a bit convoluted.
Hey, while offseting the curves for the frames, outer frames will be the number that we choose from the slider; but middle curves will be like offsetting in both sides. How can we do all the frames in same thickness?
Funny thing happening when I try it myself: all of the formerly generated 'windows' appear in Rhino when I open the GH script again.. can't be selected or removed, not on any layer... seem to be generated bij GH. Any Idea what may cause this?
That sounds like a pretty annoying bug - I'd suggest jumping into mcneel forums and complaining about it. They are pretty good at quickly fixing it (by quick I mean a week or two... still better than the rolling 1-year update schedule for Autodesk)
