Career was over before it started, His one leg was just battered, first the tibia and then the fibula. Then his shoulder blade. He's technically still a rookie, that's how little he has played in the NFL. Unfortunately we will never know what could've been, but his ceiling was sky high, and I do believe he would've been a special WR in the NFL If not for his unfortunate lower body stresses.
