Not only did you get that op rosary bead but you also upgraded the respwn points, you can use them to teleport around the map instead of having to find a hand portal. Anyways you are missing the last mask to get to the top of the Rooftops, it is back where you beat the skeleton boss in Mother of Mothers, go to the far left of the boss arena and keep going and you will find it. Lastly I recommend returning to the calf painting just to the left of the Sleeping Canvases respawn, you will get a very useful item to help explore the rest of the map.
